Biografia	Katherine is an Investment Manager on the Sustainable Growth Team. Before joining Baillie Gifford in September 2022, she had spent her investment career on the Global and International Equity Team at Schroders. Katherine joined the Schroders graduate scheme in 2008 and held various sector and fund responsibilities while developing a growing interest and expertise in sustainable investing. Katherine was instrumental in the development and management of Schroders’ Global Sustainable Growth Fund. She graduated with an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford in 2008 and is a CFA Charterholder.

Biografia	Toby is an Investment Manager on the Sustainable Growth Team and will be a Partner in the firm from May 2023. He first joined Baillie Gifford in 2006, as an analyst on the UK equities team. He joined the Global Income Growth team as an Investment Manager in 2013, and in this role, he helped to develop the team’s approach to responsible investment. He became the Joint Manager of The Scottish American Investment Company PLC (SAINTS) in 2017. In 2022, Toby assumed the leadership of the Sustainable Growth Team.

Biografia	Craig Noble has 19 years of industry experience and is CEO and CIO for the Public Securities Group as well as Portfolio Manager on the Infrastructure Equities team and a Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management. He oversees portfolio management and business development across all real asset strategies. Over the last 12 years, he has held multiple positions within Brookfield, transitioning to the Public Securities Group in 2008 to help launch the firm’s listed infrastructure business and became the CEO in 2013. Craig holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Biografia	Mr. Brett is an Investment Manager in the Japanese Equities Team. He is manager of the Japanese All Cap Strategy and Lead Manager of the Japanese Income Growth Strategy. He is also a member of the Global Stewardship Portfolio Construction Group. Mr. Brett joined Baillie Gifford in 2003 and became a Partner in 2018. He is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Brett graduated BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge in 2000 and holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bristol. Mr. Brett has been a member of the team since the Fund's inception in 2017.

Biografia	Mike Gush joined Baillie Gifford in 2003 and became a Partner of Baillie Gifford & Co in 2020. He first worked in the U.K. and Japanese Equities Teams before moving to the Emerging Markets Equity Team in 2005. Mr. Gush is a named manager for Baillie Gifford's emerging markets and China funds, as well as being responsible for the Emerging Markets Small Cap Strategy. He has also been involved with the Global Stewardship Strategy since its inception in 2015. He became a portfolio manager in 2006 and has researched all Emerging Markets during his career. Mr. Gush also has previous experience managing the Pacific Horizon Investment Trust and Baillie Gifford Pacific Fund. He is a CFA Charterholder and graduated MEng from the University of Durham in 2003. Mr. Gush has been a member of the team of portfolio managers in 2021.

Biografia	Gary has been a member of the Global Stewardship Portfolio Construction Group since its inception in 2015 and is an Investment Manager in the US Equities Team. He graduated MBiochem in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford in 2003 and joined Baillie Gifford the same year. He spent time working on our Japanese, UK and European Equity Teams before moving to the US Equities Team in 2008. Gary is a generalist investor but retains a special interest in the healthcare sector dating back to his undergraduate degree. Gary became a Partner of the firm in 2019.

Biografia	Iain is a founding member of the Global Stewardship Portfolio Construction Group and is the lead manager of our UK Core strategy. Iain served as Chief of Investment Staff from 2013 to 2018 and became a Partner of the firm in 2005. He initially joined Baillie Gifford in 1994 and spent five years training as an Investment Manager in the US Equities Team before joining the UK Equity Team in 1999. Iain graduated MA in Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen and subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant.

Biografia	Stephen graduated BSc in Financial Mathematics from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2005. He joined Baillie Gifford in the same year and trained as an Investment Manager in the US, UK Smaller Companies and Japanese equity teams before joining the European Equity Team. Stephen is a member of the Global Select Portfolio Construction Group and the Head of The European Equities Team.
