Biografia | Elizabeth Cassidy has been the Portfolio Manager for the Driehaus Active Income strategy since 2015 and Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Driehaus Select Credit strategy since 2009. Prior to Ms. Cassidy’s promotion to Portfolio Manager of the Driehaus Active Income strategy, she had been the assistant Portfolio Manager on the strategy since 2009. In 1999, Ms. Cassidy joined Credit Suisse First Boston where she was an analyst and then an associate in the firm’s Investment Banking Division, focusing on buy and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions and debt and equity financings in the consumer and industrial industries. In 2004, she joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an associate and then as a vice president and research analyst focused on distressed securities in the Corporate Principal Investing & Trading group. In November 2009, Ms. Cassidy joined Driehaus Capital Management as an assistant portfolio manager of the firm’s credit-oriented strategies. Biografia | Mr. Stephen K. Bossu has been withZiegler Lotsoff Capital Management, LLC since 1984. Prior to joining the firm, he was Portfolio Manager of Fixed Income Securities at the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, where he directed the management of a portfolio of over $2 billion in government and agency securities, mortgage securities, and private and public corporate debt. Performance of the fund ranked at the top of the universe of public funds on a consistent basis. The interest rate futures hedging program he developed during his tenure was one of the first such programs for a state retirement fund. The fund was among the first public funds to participate in mortgage-backed securities, derivatives and CMO markets. Prior to joining the State Teachers Fund, Mr. Bossu spent four years in the Investment Department of the Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio as a fixed income portfolio manager and credit analyst. Mr. Bossu has a B.A. in Economics and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. In 1982, he was granted his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
