He joined WRIMCO in 1998, initially serving as an investment analyst and has served as assistant portfolio manager for funds managed by IICO and WRIMCO since July 2003. In 2004, Mr. Maxwell began assisting the international group of IICO as an investment analyst. Mr. Maxwell earned a BS degree from the University of Kentucky, and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

He also served as member of Franklin Templeton’s Global Economic Committee and was responsible for global macroeconomic analysis, with a focus on currencies, interest rates and sovereign credit analysis. Flagship funds managed by Mr. Calvo included Templeton Global Total Return Fund.

Biografia	Clemmons is a president and general partner of Mercator. He began his career as an investment professional over 16 years ago. From 1990 to 1993, he served as a research analyst and portfolio manager at Templeton Quantitative Advisors in New York. In addition, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1981 to 1985. Clemons is a member of the South Florida Financial Analysts Society.
