Biografia	JON A. LOTH, CFA Jon is the co-manager of the Small Cap Growth Opportunities Strategy and related institutional portfolios. He joined the team managing Small Cap Growth Opportunities in 2007. He previously was an equity research analyst covering the healthcare sector for the same team. Jon began working in the financial industry in 1994. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he was an equity analyst covering healthcare and consumer-oriented stocks for large-, mid- and small-cap growth portfolios at Sit Investment Associates. Jon also served four years as the manager of Sit Investment’s domestic equity trading desk. He received a B.S. in finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Jon holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Biografia	Greg is Co-head of Global Small Cap Portfolio Management and a portfolio manager of Nuveen’s Small Cap Select and Mid Cap Growth Opportunities strategies and related institutional portfolios. In addition, he is a senior research analyst for the Small Cap Growth Opportunities team, specializing in technology and communication services. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he was a small-cap equity analyst for industrials, financials, and healthcare for Gabelli Woodland Partners. Greg has also worked as a financial analyst manager with U.S. Bank and as a securities specialist and financial analyst with Fiduciary Counseling. Greg began working in the investment industry in 1998. Greg graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Winona State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Biografia	Mark is the lead manager of the Small Cap Select Strategy and related institutional portfolios. He joined the team managing Small Cap Select in 2004, was named comanager in 2008, and lead manager in 2013. He was previously an equity research analyst for the same team. He began working in the financial industry in 1992. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mark served as a large- and mid-cap industrials and materials analyst for Principal Global Investors and as a small-cap analyst for the State of Wisconsin Investment Board covering the biotechnology, telecommunications, energy, financials, media and entertainment, and materials industries. Mark earned a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Biografia	Allen D. Steinkopf joined Mairs and Power, Inc. in 2013 as Vice President and Investment Manager. Effective January 1, 2015, Mr. Steinkopf was named co‐manager. Mr. Steinkopf began his career as a research analyst with MIMLIC Asset Management and later with an independent subsidiary of MIMLIC. He started at Advantus as assistant portfolio manager and senior analyst and eventually became co‐manager of the Advantus Large Cap Growth Portfolio and the Advantus Balanced Fund. In 2003 he joined US Bank/FAF Advisors, which later became Nuveen Investments. With Nuveen, Mr. Steinkopf was Senior Manager of Small Cap Equity. Mr. Steinkopf earned BA (Mathematics) and BBA (Finance) degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and an MBA‐Finance degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the Association of Investment Management Research and the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts.

Biografia	Huff has co-managed Nuveen Small Cap Select Fund since April 2006. Prior to his appointment as co-manager, he had been an equity research analyst for the Small Cap Select team, where he was responsible for research in all industries within the consumer discretionary and consumer staples sectors. Huff entered the financial services industry in 1992 and joined FAF Advisors in 1996.

Biografia	Adams is an equity portfolio manager with U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. Prior to joining U.S. Bancorp Asset Management in 2004, Adams was the co-manager of the large cap growth portfolio at Knelman Asset Management Group in Minneapolis. Prior to that, he served as a senior equities analyst and an equities analyst at Advantus Capital Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Mr. Anthony is MVP's Chief Investment Officer and Small Cap Portfolio Manager. Mr. Anthony has 31 years investment experience, all affiliated with our predecessor firm and Missouri Valley Partners. Mr. Anthony was responsible for the development of the small cap product in the early 80's at the predecessor firm and continues the same approach at Missouri Valley Partners. In addition to his role as Chief Investment Officer he also serves as one of MVP's technology analysts.
Gregory A. Glidden	founding Partner, President	1992	1994
Biografia	Greg Glidden is the Chief Equity Strategist for the firm. Mr. Glidden works with our equity investment teams to provide council while supporting each team’s unique investment process by making sure all of our resources are being used to their maximum potential. In addition, he works with our CEO on the firm’s strategic development projects, including evaluating and creating new products and providing due diligence for potential acquisitions. Prior to taking this position Mr. Glidden was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer of our MVP Group. Mr. Glidden has over 35 years of experience in the asset management industry having held positions as a Senior Equity Analyst, Director of Research, Senior Portfolio Manager, Chief Investment Officer and President. Mr. Glidden earned his BS in Finance from Indiana University and MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
