| Biografia | Lee Friedman, CFA, is a Principal and a Portfolio Manager for PGIM Fixed Income’s Municipal Bond Team. In the late 1990’s Rob joined Springfield International, where he pioneered one of the first hedge funds dedicated to utilizing sophisticated municipal bond arbitrage strategies. Rob moved to Prudential Investment Management in 2000 to manage their flagship National Municipal Bond Fund. A year later, Rob assumed the management responsibility for all of the municipal bond portfolios totaling approximately $4 billion. At Prudential he was responsible for over $5 billion in municipal assets in mutual funds and insurance company portfolios.
