Biografia	Ms. Cavanaugh is a Portfolio Manager of Putnam's global core equity, global financial, and research strategies, and an Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Capital Spectrum and Equity Spectrum strategies. In addition, she is an Analyst focusing on the global financial and U.S. health-care sectors. Ms. Cavanaugh is responsible for conducting fundamental analysis of and making buy/sell recommendations for companies in the global investment banking, global brokerage and insurance, alternative asset management, and managed care industries. She joined Putnam in 2011 and has been in the investment industry since 1995. Prior to joining Putnam, Ms. Cavanaugh was a Leader of the Global Financials Team and a Senior Equity Analyst at Janus Capital Group from 2005 to 2011. Prior to this role, she served at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Vice President, Asset Management, from 2003 to 2005 and as a Financial Analyst, Investment Banking Division, Media/Entertainment Group, from 1995 to 1998. Previous to these roles, Ms. Cavanaugh was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division, Media/Entertainment Group, at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 2000 to 2002. Ms. Cavanaugh has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she earned high distinction as a Baker Scholar, and has a B.A. from Brown University.

Prior to joining Putnam, Mr. Perkins was at Fidelity Investments, serving as Portfolio Manager; Portfolio Manager of Fidelity OTC Fund from 2003 to 2004; and as an Analyst, covering the health-care, telecommunications, and technology sectors, from 1997 to 2003. Prior to these roles, he was an Equity Research Associate, covering the chemicals sector at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1993 to 1997. He has been in the investment industry since 1993.

Biografia	Matthew Culley is a Portfolio Manager on the Emerging Market Equity Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2022. Additionally, he serves as a Research Analyst focused on the communications, technology, and consumer sectors. Before joining the firm as an assistant portfolio manager in 2019, Matthew was a co-portfolio manager on a global equity fund and an analyst covering global equities, including global and emerging market consumer and technology, at Putnam Investments. He started with Putnam in 2008 as an investment associate on the equities team. Matthew earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and economics from Boston College.

Biografia	Mr. Jaroch is a Portfolio Manager of Putnam`s U.S. Large Cap Value, Non-U.S. Value, and Global Value Equity strategies. He joined Putnam in 1999 and has been in the investment industry since 1996. Previously at Putnam, Mr. Jaroch managed global core equity strategies and worked on quantitative models as a member of the U.S. Value team. Prior to joining Putnam, he was a Senior Auditor, Client Service, at State Street Bank & Trust from 1996 to 1998 and a Research Associate at Abt Associates from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Jaroch earned a B.A. in Economics from Hartwick College.

Biografia	Mr. Makino is a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Global Core Equity team. He heads the team that manages global core equity retail and institutional portfolios. He is also a Portfolio Leader on the Global Equity Fund. Mr. Makino, who joined Putnam in 2000, is a member of the Executive Committee and the Advisory Council.

He joined Putnam in 2004. Previously, Greenleaf was managing director of Independence International Associates. Earlier in his career he was an investment officer and vice president at Franklin Portfolio Associates, Inc. Greenleaf holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
