Biografia	David joined Impax Asset Management in April 2025 as Co-Portfolio Manager of the US Short Duration Responsible High Yield, Global Short Maturity Responsible High Yield, and Global Responsible High Yield strategies. David began his career in the financial services industry as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers. His investing career began at AXA Investment Managers as a high yield trader, progressing to Head of High Yield Trading, and finally to Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of US Investing. During that time, he spearheaded the launch of bespoke strategies that grew to over $15 bn in AUM David then went on to help launch SKY Harbor Capital Management in 2011, where he was Head of Investing. In this role he was responsible for the design and implementation of the firm’s investment process. Additionally, he led the firm’s sustainable themes working group and was the principal Portfolio Manager for their sustainable investment strategies, with over $2 bn in high yield AUM. David is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society Stamford. He attended Williams College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Biografia	Stefan joined Impax Asset Management in April 2025 as Co-Portfolio Manager of the US Short Duration Responsible High Yield, Global Short Maturity Responsible High Yield, and Global Responsible High Yield strategies. Stefan started his career in venture capital, after which he transitioned to asset management at State Street Global Advisors, working on a range of client-facing and management responsibilities for German and Austrian institutional clients and consultants. He then joined SKY Harbor Capital Management, where he was Managing Director of its German entity and Director of its SICAV umbrella fund. Later Stefan transitioned to the investment team as a Senior Analyst covering multiple sectors and was a member of the sustainable themes and portfolio management working groups related to their sustainable investment strategies, with over $2 bn in high yield AUM. Stefan is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society New York. He attended London Metropolitan University where he earned a Master of Science with Distinction in Corporate Finance and Investment.
Hannah H. Strasser	Managing Director	2012	2025
Biografia	Hannah H. Strasser, CFA, is Managing Director, CIO and senior portfolio manager. Ms. Strasser oversees all aspects of business and investment strategy and has specific responsibility for the Broad High Yield Market strategy, having managed high yield portfolios since 1988. Prior to co-founding SKY Harbor in 2011, Ms. Strasser was the Head of US Fixed Income at AXA Investment Managers and senior portfolio manager for the core high yield strategy. Before joining AXA IM in 2001, she was a founder of Cardinal Capital Management and co-head of the High Yield Group from 1995-2001 and a managing director and co-head of the High Yield Group at Deltec Asset Management from 1988-1995 where she also served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Earlier, Ms. Strasser was a high yield analyst at Kidder Peabody and an equity and high yield analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ms. Strasser holds a BA from Amherst College and is a CFA charterholder.
