Biografia	Mr. Mallet joined T. Rowe Price International in 2005 and his investment experience dates from 1997. He has served as a portfolio manager with the Firm throughout the past five years. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price International, he was a telecom banker at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Tokyo and London offices. Mr. Mallet started his career as a financial analyst with France Telecom, based in Guangzhou, China, and Madrid, Spain. Mr. Mallet earned an M.A. in finance, with honors, from the University of Paris and an M.B.A. from the London Business School.

Biografia	Mr. Matthews joined T. Rowe Price International in 2008 and has been chairman of the committee since 2010 and his investment experience dates from 1998. He has served as a portfolio manager with the Firm throughout the past five years. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price International, he was an equity analyst and fund manager for Pioneer Investments (beginning in 2003). Mr. Mills will remain a member of the committee.

Prior to joining the firm in 1985, Whitney was employed by the Chicago Board of Trade and IBM. Whitney holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
