Liam joined the Company in November 2020 from Kingfisher plc where he worked in corporate investor relations for one year. Previously he gained 5 years of experience as an Emerging Market Equity Analyst at British Airways Pension Fund where he focused on stock selection across Emerging Markets. Liam has a Master’s (MEng) and Bachelor’s (BEng) in Chemical Engineering, IMC and CFA UK Certificate in ESG Investing.

Biografia	Tony is Investment Director in the Global Equity Team at Aberdeen Standard Investments. Tony joined Standard Life Investments in 1994 as a Trainee Fund / Investment Manager and in 2000 began managing Irish pension funds. In 2006 and 2007, he began managing the OEIC Managed Fund and segregated pension scheme assets within the UK Equity Desk. In 2010, Tony transferred to the European Equity Team responsible for Pan European products before transferring to the Global Equity Team in April 2018. Tony graduated with a MA in Economic Science from University of Aberdeen. Additionally he is an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals (formerly AIIMR).

Biografia	Sarah Norris is an Investment Director within the European Equity Team at Aberdeen Standard Investments. She is responsible for providing research coverage of the Healthcare Equipment & Services and Software & Computer Services sectors, and she is also a lead portfolio manager and co-portfolio manager of the management of the Global Equity Impact Strategy for Aberdeen Standard Investments. Sarah joined Standard Life in 2011 from Referendum Ready, a non-profit campaign that partnered with the Government of Southern Sudan Mission prior to independence. She continues to work with Impact Sudan, a non-profit organization based in the US that supports education and community development projects in South Sudan. Sarah graduated with a MA in in International Relations and MLitt Post Graduate studies, both from St Andrews University

Biografia	Joanna is a Investment Analyst in the Global Equity Teamat Aberdeen Standard Investments. Joanna joined Standard Life in 2010 on the graduate programme from Ernst and Young where she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2009. She has worked across several areas of the business including Marketing, Product Development and the Real Estate Investment Specialists before joining the Multi-Asset Investment Specialists in early 2013. In January 2015, Joanna joined the Asia & GEM Equity Team before transferring to the Global Equity Team in April 2018. Joanna graduated with a MA in in Econometrics and Information Technology from University of Szczecin, Poland. Additionally she is a Chartered Certified Accountant, ACCA; holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Andrew’s investment career began at Aberdeen Asset Management in 2005, where he spent the first decade of his career analysing Emerging Market companies, as well as managing Global Emerging Market, Frontier Markets and Israeli equity portfolios. He then joined the Global Equity team where he managed both large and small cap Global and EAFE equity portfolios. He is a CFA charterholder, having graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2003 with a BSc in Geography. Andrew attended Heriot Watt University’s “Practical History of Financial Markets” course in 2011, as well as undertaking courses in Value Investing at Columbia Business School, and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
Dominic Byrne	Portfolio Manager	2020	2022
Biografia	Dominic is Deputy Head of Developed Markets Equities and is portfolio manager on our global and responsible range of equity funds. Dominic joined the firm in 2000 as part of our UK Equity Team. In December 2008, he joined the Global Equity Team and has managed a range of global equity strategies. In 2020, Dominic was appointed Head of Global Equity at abrdn. Dominic graduated with a MEng in Engineering Science and is a CFA charterholder.
Ella-Kara Brown	Portfolio Manager	2012	2022
Biografia	Ella-Kara joined Nikko AM in November 2023 as a Portfolio Manager for Global Equities. Before joining Nikko AM, Ella-Kara was an Investment Director at abrdn with a generalist role managing a range of global equity strategies including Global unconstrained/constrained, EAFE, Small Cap, Ethical/ESG/Sustainable, and Islamic mandates. Ella-Kara joined abrdn in 2005 from Adam Smith Ltd where she advised and sourced funding for early-stage technology companies. Ella-Kara holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Napier University, as well as the Investment Management Certificate and Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance.
Samantha Fitzpatrick	Senior Portfolio Manager	2009	2022
Biografia	Samantha Fitzpatrick is an investment Director on the global equity team at abrdn. Samantha joined the company in 2001 through the acquisition of Murray Johnstone where she was in the Performance & Risk Team. Samantha graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Strathclyde and is a CFA Charterholder.
Victoria MacLean	-	2012	2021
Biografia	Victoria MacLean is an Investment Manager on the Global Equity Team. Victoria joined Aberdeen in 2010 as a graduate. Victoria graduated with a law degree from the University of Edinburgh and also has a Diploma in Legal Practice.
