Biografia	Joseph Plevelich is a Portfolio Manager of the Adviser. He joined the Adviser in April of 2021. He has been a Portfolio Manager of the Fund since 2023. Prior to joining the Adviser, Mr. Plevelich was a Director and Senior Research Analyst at Boenning & Scattergood from July 2020 to April 2021. Mr. Plevelich began his career in 2004 at Schneider Capital Management as a Senior Vice President conducting buy-side research in the financial services, real estate, and energy sectors. He received a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a CFA® charter holder.

Biografia	Shaun Roach is an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Prior to coming to Pekin Hardy Strauss, Inc. in 2014, Shaun spent five years at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services assisting clients with valuation needs related to financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic planning. Shaun began his career at Deloitte Consulting as an actuarial consultant. He received a B.S. in Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Biografia	A shareholder of the firm, Bill is a Senior Vice President and portfolio manager. Bill has been managing money for Pekin Singer clients since joining the firm in 2001, and he is also a portfolio manager of the Appleseed strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Bill worked in investment banking and research analysis at Credit Suisse in Chicago and at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in New York.

Biografia	A shareholder of the firm, Adam has been managing money for Pekin Singer clients since joining the firm in 2004, and he is a portfolio manager of the Appleseed strategies and a Co-CEO. Prior to joining the firm, Adam served on the management teams of EquipNet, a business services company, and Frontier Co-op, a natural products company. Adam began his career as a management consultant, working for Gemini Consulting and Andersen Consulting.

Biografia	Prior to joining the adviser in 2004, Josh served as Director of Business Development at Color Kinetics, a pioneer in energy-efficient LED lighting systems and now a division of Philips Electronics. He began his career as a Research Analyst at Shearman & Sterling and, prior to that, at Markowitz & McNaughton. Josh earned a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Biografia	Strauss joined Pekin Singer Strauss as a partner in May 2000 and was promoted to President in November 2004. In 1965, Ron began his career as an analyst with Montgomery Ward, and was promoted to Project Manager in 1967. In 1969, Ron joined Mesirow Financial, where he started their research division and became Director of Research in 1974. Ron then joined William Blair & Co., a Chicago investment bank, in 1978 as a securities analyst and became a partner in 1980. In 1996, Ron formed Ardmore Partners, an investment advisory firm, which merged with Pekin Singer Strauss in 2000. Ron was awarded a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin in 1961 and an MBA from New York University in 1965. He became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1973.
Rick Singer	Senior Vice President, co-Founder	2006	2014
Biografia	Rick Singer has over 30 years of research and portfolio management experience and is one of the founders of Pekin Singer Strauss. In 1968, Rick began his career as a securities analyst at Northern Trust Company. In 1972, he joined Mesirow Financial as an analyst, and served as Director of Research from 1980 to 1988. Rick earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Illinois in 1966 and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles in 1968. Rick became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1977.
