Biografia	Will is a portfolio manager responsible for Global Emerging Markets and Asian Equity strategies and is Head of the team. He leads the Global Emerging Markets & Asian Equities team at Aviva Investors, and is the Portfolio Manager on a number of its key strategies. Prior to joining Aviva Investors in 2018, Will was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Standard Life on the Asia GEM team, where he was predominantly responsible for several Asian equity mandates. Having entered the investment industry from university, Will has been covering Asian and GEM equities as an analyst and portfolio manager since 1998, including two stints in Hong Kong and most recently in Singapore, where he resides today. Will holds an BA (Hons) from Oxford University, an MSc from the University of Stirling, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Mr. Way, Portfolio Manager and Head of Global Emerging Market Equities, leading a team of 9 investors. Analyst of Emerging Market Internet and Technology sectors. Alistair was formerly Head of Asia and Global Emerging Market Equities at Standard Life Investments (SLI), and a portfolio manager on a number of funds. He joined SLI from Baillie Gifford in 2007 and has 25 years’ experience in the investment industry. Alistair has a 1st class economics degree from Cambridge University.

Biografia	Xiayou is responsible for our Emerging Market and Asia Pacific equity strategies. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Xiaoyu worked for JP Morgan Asset Management where she covered all sectors as an analyst focusing on small and mid-sized companies across Asia. She progressed to this position after working there as a sector specialist covering the Technology, Telecoms and Industrial sectors. Before this, she worked for UBS as part of their Global Equity team. Xiaoyu graduated from the Renmin University, China, before obtaining her Master’s, and subsequently her PhD, in Economics at Birmingham University. She also holds the UKSIP Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA® charterholder.

Bryony joined Aviva Investors from Schroders where she was a Senior EMEA Equity Analyst. Prior to this she worked for WestAM as an Equity Analyst and before that for Deloitte & Touche. Bryony holds a BScEcon in Economics from the University of Wales. She also holds the UKSIP Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA® charterholder. Bryony is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England & Wales (ICAEW).

Biografia	Niall is a Partner, Lead Portfolio Manager and Head of TT’s International and Global Emerging Markets Equity strategies. Before joining TT in 2010, Niall spent ten years with Aviva Investors, where he was most recently CIO of Equities, having been previously Head of Emerging Markets and Asia. Niall, who began investing in Emerging Markets in 1994, graduated from the University of Liverpool with an honours degree in Civil Engineering.
