Biografia	Nick Sladen is a Senior Equities Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2015 as part of Henderson’s Perennial Growth Management acquisition. Nick joined Perennial in 2007 as a partner and equities analyst and was responsible for implementing the team’s bottom up stock selection decisions and research coverage of stocks in the transport, infrastructure, commercial services, gaming and property sectors. Prior to Perennial, Nick was an investment analyst within the corporate finance team at Australia Post. Prior to that, he spent three years working in Institutional Banking, firstly with the National Australia Bank in Melbourne and then with BNP Paribas in London. Nick graduated with a B Bus in economics and finance from RMIT University and earned a G Dip in applied finance and investment from FINSIA.

Biografia	Mr. Smith has served as President of Changing Parameters since it was founded in 2004, and was the COO of Value Monitoring, Inc., an investment advisory firm, from 1990 to April, 2016. He has been a registered representative of Ceros Financial Services, Inc., a broker-dealer, since 2009, and was formerly a registered representative of Rydex Distributors, Inc. from 2004 to 2009 and United Planners' Financial Services of America from 1999 to 2004.
