Biografia	Danton Goei is Vice President, Davis Selected Advisers-NY, Inc, and has served as a Portfolio Manager of Clipper Fund since January 2014 and also manages other equity funds advised by Davis Advisors. Mr. Goei started with Davis Advisors as a research analyst in 1998. Mr. Goei received his B.A. from Georgetown University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He was previously employed at Bain & Company, Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd. and Citicorp. Mr. Goei speaks multiple languages and has lived in Europe and Asia, and currently resides in New York City.

Biografia	Christopher Davis, Portfolio Manager, is a research analyst and Chair of the Portfolio Review Committee which oversees the management of the Davis Global, International and All-Cap Strategies. Mr. Davis with Danton Goei is Portfolio Manager for all large cap equity and concentrated equity portfolios. Mr. Davis joined the firm in 1989 after working as a securities analyst. He received his M.A. from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

Biografia	Pete serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of RiverFront, bringing more than 34 years of industry experience to his role leading the organization. In addition, he serves on the firm’s Leadership Team and Investment Committee. Pete spent the majority of his career at Wachovia Securities and its predecessor firms, lastly serving as President of the Private Client Group, where he ran the retail branch network. He worked in all areas of the firm, including capital markets, asset management, and retail brokerage. Pete served as President of Mentor Investment Group, the asset management arm of the firm. Pete earned a BS in Accounting from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Richmond. He later served as an adjunct faculty member in the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, teaching an undergraduate class in finance.

Biografia	Gipson founded Pacific Financial Research in 1980. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as a portfolio manager at Source Capital and Batterymarch Financial. He also served as an officer in the United States Navy. Gipson is the author of numerous investment articles as well as Winning the Investment Game, a book published in 1984.

Biografia	Mr. Grey is a partner at Saddle Peak Asset Management, LLC. Before founding Saddle Peak Asset Management, LLC, Doug was a Portfolio Manager at Pacific Financial Research since 1986. Doug was one of the co-managers for the Clipper Focus Fund with the responsibility for rebalancing the portfolio. At Doug’s departure the fund had grown to $1.4 billion. In the year 2000, Doug shared Morningstar Manager of the Year honors with the other Clipper Fund’s portfolio managers. Doug’s institutional accounts varied from major US corporations to college endowments to private families. The accounts had a long duration with Pacific Financial Research and inception dates back to 1990 and the late eighties. The accounts varied from discretionary balanced accounts to fully invested all equity accounts. Performance fees along with standard fees were used. Doug is known for his passion for value investing and has taught the Investment course at Pepperdine University. From Doug’s start at Pacific Financial Research in 1986 until his departure in 2005, Pacific Financial Research had grown from just over $1 billion to $17.7 billion. Doug believes client’s absolute return is the foundation of success. Doug’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Chicago and undergraduate majors in Mechanical and Materials Engineering and Economics (Vanderbilt University).
