Biografia	Jonathan Mueller is a portfolio manager for Invesco small-cap value products. Jonathan Mueller joined Invesco in 2001. Mr. Mueller served as a senior equity analyst before being promoted to portfolio manager in 2009. He was an audit senior for Arthur Andersen LLP from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Mueller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Biografia	Mr. Vancavage joined Invesco in 2016. He entered the investment industry in 1999 with T.Rowe Price. He previously held positions with Raymond James and most recently served as a portfolio co-manager with Eagle Asset Management.

Biografia	Sergio Marcheli is a portfolio manager for Invesco large-cap relative value strategies. Mr. Marcheli joined Invesco in 2010. Formerly, Mr. Marcheli was associated with Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. in an investment management capacity (2002 to 2010). And before joining Morgan Stanley, he was a portfolio specialist for the U.S. large-cap relative value products at Van Kampen, which he joined in 1995. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas.

Biografia	Thomas Copper is a portfolio manager for mid-cap value products. He joined Invesco in 2010. Mr. Copper was previously with Van Kampen since 1986, where he served as a member of the Core Growth team before becoming a portfolio manager on the Equity Income team, focusing on mid-cap value products. Before joining Van Kampen, he was a fi xed income analyst for Tenneco Financial Services and a commercial lending offi cer at Texas Commerce Bank. Mr. Copper earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.

Biografia	John Mazanec is a portfolio manager for mid-cap value products. Mr. Mazanec entered the fi nancial industry in 1993 and joined Invesco in 2010. He was previously a portfolio manager on the Equity Income team at Morgan Stanley, which he joined in 2008. He also worked for Wasatch Advisors as a portfolio manager. Mr. Mazanec earned a Bachelor of Science degree from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.

Biografia	Mary Jayne Maly joined Invesco in 2010. Ms. Maly was previously a portfolio manager for the U.S. Large Cap Relative Value strategy at Van Kampen, which she joined in 1992. She also served as a senior equity analyst at Texas Commerce Investment Management Company and spent four years in the banking industry. Ms. Maly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration degree from the American Graduate School of International Management. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.
Mark J. Laskin	Portfolio Manager	2007	2010
Biografia	Mark was most recently the lead energy portfolio manager and Chief Investment Officer at BP Capital Fund Advisors (BPCFA), an energy-focused long-only investment management firm. Under Mark’s leadership, BPCFA grew from $50mm to nearly $400mm in assets under management in less than 3 years. BPCFA's energy strategy was the #1 performing energy open-end mutual fund, as ranked by Morningstar, from 12/31/13 to 12/31/16, and its MLP strategy was in the top decile in its Morningstar category over that same time period. Mark has 13 years of additional portfolio manager experience at Van Kampen, Morgan Stanley and Invesco. As part of a diversified large cap value strategy, Mark managed more than $10 billion and has managed energy portfolios for more than 12 years. While at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Mark served as the internal head of equity investment research. Mark earned an MBA/MA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in History from Swarthmore College where he also played men’s soccer.

James O. Roeder	Portfolio Manager	2003	2010
Biografia	James Roeder is a portfolio manager for Invesco large-cap relative value strategies. Mr. Roeder joined Invesco in 2010. He was previously a portfolio manager for the U.S. large-cap relative value products at Van Kampen, which he joined in 1999. Prior to that, he was an analyst at Midwest Research and at Duff & Phelps. He was also an analyst/intern at Greenwood Capital. Mr. Roeder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration degree in economics and fi nance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.Brian Jurkash is a Portfolio Manager with the Growth and Income/Equity and Income team. Mr. Jurkash entered the industry when he joined Invesco in 2000. Prior to his current position, he worked on the Mid-Cap Growth team and the Quantitative Research team.Mr. Jurkash earned his BBA degree in finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston.
