| Biografia | For over 20 years Saumen held senior leadership positions in various institutions, including Jackson National Asset Management, Harbor Capital Advisors (Harbor Funds), and Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), and managed large institutional funds. He was the Head of Investment Management at Jackson National Asset Management. At Jackson he managed nine funds, led an eight-member investment team and reported to two Fund boards. He helped develop and manage unique risk-hedged strategies. Prior to Jackson Saumen spent a number of years with Habor Capital Advisors (Habor Funds). He was Director of Quantitative Management and the lead portfolio manager for Harbor Target Date Funds. Through managing these funds, Mr. Chattopadhyay gained experience in portfolio and risk management. He has been managing portfolios for over a decade. Saumen started his career with IDBI in 1994 where he managed diversified Project Appraisal cases, and left to relocate to the United States when he was Assistant General Manager. Saumen has two masters – Masters in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta and MBA (Finance) from the University of Toledo. He holds a FCA and CPA designation, and is a CFA charterholder. Saumen speaks at various industry conferences and is highly regarded in the industry for his analytical and portfolio management skills. | ||
