Biografia	Alex Lyle is Head of Managed Funds, EMEA. In this role he takes responsibility for a large number of the company’s managed funds, is a member of the Asset Allocation Committee and is a key investment contact between the company and a number of its major clients. He joined the company in 1994 and was appointed Joint Head of UK / European Equity teams in 1999 and became Head of Managed Funds in 2003. Alex started his career at Hambros Bank’s¹ Unit Trust Division, which was acquired by Allied Dunbar² in 1981 and subsequently became part of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in 1994. He managed UK equity portfolios for more than 20 years. He has a degree in Geography from Oxford University.
James (Jim) R. Cielinski	Global Head of Fixed Income	2012	2017
Biografia	In his role as Global Head of Fixed Income, Jim Cielinski is responsible for the overall management of the fixed income business, including investment process, product development and investment strategy. He also manages the Threadneedle (Lux) Global Opportunities Bond Fund and is a key participant in the firm’s asset allocation process. Before joining the company, Jim spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs, leaving as Head of Global Credit – Investment Grade. He has also held senior investment roles at Utah Retirement Systems and Brown Brothers Harriman. Jim graduated from the University of Utah in 1983 with a BSc in Finance and gained an MBA from New York University in 1988. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of the UK.

Biografia	Quentin Fitzsimmons is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2015, Quentin was head of liquidity portfolio investment management, treasury markets, for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS). Quentin also worked as head of rates and executive director, fixed income, for Threadneedle Investments and held fixed income portfolio management and research roles with Equitable Life Assurance Society and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. He earned a B.S. in economics and economic history from the University of Bristol.

Biografia	Laurence Mutkin is Head of Fixed Income Strategy and Research. He began his City career with Salomon Brothers in 1987. In 1992 he joined Lehman Brothers where he became Director in the European Government Strategy Group. In 1996 he joined Tokai Bank Europe as Chief Market Strategist developing market views, particularly in fixed income, credit and foreign exchange markets.Laurence graduated in 1987 with an MA in Jurisprudence from Balliol College, Oxford.
