In 2016, Stephen was elected to a two year term on the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) Board of Directors. Biografia	Daniel Doyle, CFA, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2012. Dan serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for non-investment grade credit portfolios. In addition, he sits on the Credit Committee for high yield bonds and senior floating rate loans. Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a managing director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, specializing in high yield sales. He was also a portfolio manager at various firms, including Henderson Global Investors, ING Investment Management and Zurich Scudder Investments. Dan began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Dan earned a BS from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has also been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Thomas P. O’Reilly, CFA is a Managing Director of the Manager. Mr. O’Reilly is the Global Head of non-investment grade credit for Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC and is a member of the firm’s partnership committee and investment team setting overall portfolio strategy. He is also a senior portfolio manager for high yield and blended credit portfolios for Lehman Brothers Asset Management LLC and its predecessor ("LBAM"), an affiliate of Neuberger Berman. He has managed money for Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC since 1997.O'Reilly holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Ann H. Benjamin	-	2009	2015
Biografia	Ann H. Benjamin, Managing Director, joined the firm in 1997. Ann is the Chief Investment Officer for Non-Investment Grade Credit and Co-Portfolio Manager for high yield portfolios and blended credit strategies. She directs all aspects of the non-investment grade credit business including research, trading and portfolio management. Ann serves on the firm’s Partnership Committee and is a member of the investment team setting overall strategy. She came to the firm with 16 years of experience in the investment business, including eight years at Stein Roe where she managed the Stein Roe Income Fund, the High Yield Fund, and $3.5 billion in insurance assets which included international and emerging market debt. Other experience includes Allstate Insurance Company where Ann co-managed $1 billion in high yield assets and Westinghouse Credit Corporation, where she managed high yield, mezzanine debt and equity securities. Ann earned a BA from Chatham College and a Master’s degree in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a member of the Women’s Board of the Lincoln Park Zoo of Chicago.
Timothy S. Van Kirk	Managing Director	2009	2010
Biografia	Timothy S. Van Kirk, CPA, is a Managing Director of the Manager, Neuberger Berman LLC and NBFI. Mr. Van Kirk's responsibilities include the portfolio management of collateralized loan obligations and managing separate accounts which invest in bank loans. He has co-managed the Fund since 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Van Kirk was responsible the portfolio management of collateralized loan obligations and managing separate accounts which invest in bank loans for another firm from 2002 to 2007.
