Biografia	Mr. Candido, Managing Director, is a portfolio manager for the municipal fixed income team at Nuveen Asset Management. Stephen J. Candido, CFA, is Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst at Nuveen Asset Management, LLC. He specializes in covering land secured credits, including special assessment districts, tax increment financings, and project finance. In addition, he is assigned to the student loan and housing sectors, including student housing. Mr. Candido started working in the financial services industry in 1996 when he joined the firm in the Unit Trust Division. Prior to his the role on the research team, he was an assistant vice president for Nuveen’s Global Structured Products team beginning in 2005. He also served as the manager of the Fixed Income Unit Trust Product Management and Pricing Group starting in 2001 and prior to that held positions as an equity research analyst and fixed income pricing analyst. Mr. Candido earned a B.S. in finance from Miami University in Ohio and an M.B.A. in finance with honors as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Biografia	Mr. Brennan manages a number of tax‑exempt fixed income portfolios at Nuveen. He began his career in the investment industry in 1991 as a municipal credit analyst for Flagship Financial before becoming a portfolio manager in 1994. Mr. Brennan joined the firm in 1997 when the firm acquired Flagship Financial. Previously, he audited mutual funds and investment advisors as a member of Deloitte & Touche’s audit group. Mr. Brennan graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from Wright State University. He also holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. In addition, Mr. Brennan is a registered CPA (inactive) in the state of Ohio and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Biografia	J. Thomas Futrell, CFA was born in 1955. Mr. Futrell earned a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University. He has been with First Trust Advisors L.P. since 2013 and he is a Portfolio Manager responsible for managing municipal bond portfolios. Prior to joining First Trust Advisors L.P., Mr. Futrell held various positions in portfolio management and research. Mr. Futrell earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter designation in 1989. The CFA charter is a globally respected, graduate-level investment credential established in 1962 and awarded by CFA Institute — the largest global association of investment professionals. The CFA Program curriculum provides a comprehensive framework of knowledge for investment decision making and is firmly grounded in the knowledge and skills used every day in the investment profession. The three levels of the CFA Program test a proficiency with a wide range of fundamental and advanced investment topics, including ethical and professional standards, fixed-income and equity analysis, alternative and derivative investments, economics, financial reporting standards, portfolio management, and wealth planning.

Biografia	Mr. Solender is the lead portfolio manager of the municipal bond capabilities. Mr. Solender joined Lord Abbett in 2006 and was named Partner in 2008. His prior experience includes: Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Investments; Principal and Portfolio Manager at Vanguard Group; Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Advisory Corp.; Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager, Research and Product Development at Citibank. Mr. Solender received a BA from the University of Columbia and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is the holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has been in the investment business since 1987.
Edward F. Neild	Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager	1997	1998
Biografia	Neild joined John Nuveen & Company in 1989 as an analyst in the investment banking division, and in 1990 he became an associate with Nuveen Institutional Advisory Corporation. Currently Neild serves as an assistant vice president and portfolio manager with Nuveen Advisory Corporation. His investment style emphasizes relative value and total return. Neild earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1994. He was born July 7, 1965 in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys scuba diving, golf, and squash.
