Biografia	Kristen is a portfolio manager at Nuveen, responsible for managing taxable municipal fixed income strategies for customized institutional portfolios and closed-end funds.Kristen began her career in the investment industry in 2005 and joined the firm in 2008. Prior to her current role, she served as a senior research analyst for Nuveen’s municipal fixed income team, responsible for conducting credit analysis and providing trade recommendations for separately managed accounts. Previously, she worked as a research associate at Nuveen in the wealth management services area, where she provided research and developed reports on various topics involving retirement, tax and investment planning. Before joining the firm, she was a financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial.Kristen graduated with a B.S. in Business from Miami University in Ohio. She holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. Kristen is also a past president of the Chicago Municipal Analysts Society and a former board member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Daniel J. Close	Senior Vice President	2007	Agora
Biografia	Dan is the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s taxable municipal strategies. He manages several state-specific municipal bond strategies, including Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Tennessee, and related institutional portfolios. Dan also serves as portfolio manager for the inflation-protected strategy and national closed-end funds. Prior to his current position, he served as a research analyst covering the corporate-backed, energy, transportation and utilities sectors. Before joining the firm in 2000, he worked as an analyst at Banc of America Securities specializing in originating and structuring asset-backed securities. Dan received a BS in business from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. Biografia	Mr. Solender is the lead portfolio manager of the municipal bond capabilities. Mr. Solender joined Lord Abbett in 2006 and was named Partner in 2008. His prior experience includes: Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Investments; Principal and Portfolio Manager at Vanguard Group; Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Advisory Corp.; Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager, Research and Product Development at Citibank. Mr. Solender received a BA from the University of Columbia and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is the holder of a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has been in the investment business since 1987.

Biografia	J. Thomas Futrell, CFA was born in 1955. Mr. Futrell earned a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University. He has been with First Trust Advisors L.P. since 2013 and he is a Portfolio Manager responsible for managing municipal bond portfolios. Prior to joining First Trust Advisors L.P., Mr. Futrell held various positions in portfolio management and research. Mr. Futrell earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter designation in 1989. The CFA charter is a globally respected, graduate-level investment credential established in 1962 and awarded by CFA Institute — the largest global association of investment professionals. The CFA Program curriculum provides a comprehensive framework of knowledge for investment decision making and is firmly grounded in the knowledge and skills used every day in the investment profession. The three levels of the CFA Program test a proficiency with a wide range of fundamental and advanced investment topics, including ethical and professional standards, fixed-income and equity analysis, alternative and derivative investments, economics, financial reporting standards, portfolio management, and wealth planning.

Biografia	Parker is vice president and portfolio manager with Flagship Financial, Inc., his employer since 1994. Previously, he was senior vice president with PNC Bank. Parker has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He was born November 2, 1948.

Biografia	Davern joined Nuveen Advisory as a vice president and portfolio manager in 1992. Previously, he spent three years as an assistant vice president and senior credit analyst with Van Kampen Merritt, and five years as a senior municipal analyst with FUJI Bank. Davern is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of both the National Association of Municipal Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Jan Terbrueggen	Portfolio Manager	1994	1995
Biografia	Jan joined Apex in 2000 and brings 28 years of investment management experience to the firm. Prior to Apex, Jan was a portfolio manager and sat on the Investment Committee at Dean Investment Associates from 1999 – 2000. Before Dean, he was Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Chief Market Strategist for Flagship Financial from 1992 – 1999. Flagship was purchased by John Nuveen & Co., for whom he managed several top-rated mutual funds. Prior to Flagship Jan was with Todd Investment Advisors from 1989 – 1991 and Union Central Life Insurance from 1985 – 1989. Jan has been quoted on MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Kipplinger’s and other financial publications. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Economics From the University of Cincinnati. He also graduated Summa Cum Laude with an MBA from Xavier University.
