Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He started at the firm in 1984 as an analyst covering beverages, paper and packaging, publishing and transport companies within the UK. He went on to cover European small-caps before being promoted to portfolio manager in 1990. Mr. Edwards earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Cambridge University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in the UK.

Biografia	Thomas is vice president with T. Rowe Price International, his employer since 1988. He has worked in the firm's London, Baltimore, Hong Kong offices and currently works in its Buenos Aires office. Thomas is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
