Mr. Goard has been with the INCORE since 2014. From 2007-2014, he was an investment professional with Munder Capital Management, which was acquired by the INCORE in 2014. He was previously with Barclays Global Investors (BGI) as a senior portfolio manager and the head of interest rate and mortgage strategies. Mr. Goard is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Goard earned a B.S. in International Finance from San Francisco State University.

Mr. Kelts earned a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University, is a CFA® charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Detroit.

Biografia	Richard A. Consul is a Senior Portfolio Manager of INCORE Capital Management and has been a co-portfolio manager of the Victory INCORE Investment Quality Bond Fund and Victory INCORE Low Duration Bond Fund since 2016. He has been with the Adviser since 2014. From 2010-2014, he was an investment professional with Munder Capital Management, which was acquired by the INCORE in 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Consul was a foreign exchange currency trader and a futures/options trader specializing in crude oil for a commodities hedge fund portfolio. Mr. Consul is a CFA charterholder. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Mathematics and an M.S.E. in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the International Association of Financial Engineers.

Biografia	S. Brad Fush, CFA, is Director of Credit Research for the company’s fixed income strategies. Brad joined Boyd Watterson Asset Management in 2019. Prior to joining the company, Brad was the Director of Credit Research for Incore Capital Management and Munder Capital Management. At Incore, he was a senior member of the investment strategy committee and focused on credit analysis and credit modeling for the corporate sector. Brad started his career at Comerica Bank holding multiple positions including Manager, Commercial Lender and Commercial Credit Analyst. Brad holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, an MS in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Wayne State University, and a BA in Economics from Albion College. Biografia	Greg D. Oviatt, CFA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager focusing on Boyd Watterson’s suite of taxable fixed income portfolios. Prior to joining Boyd Watterson Asset Management in 2019, Greg was a Senior Portfolio Manager at INCORE Capital Management and Munder Capital Management where he was a senior member of the investment strategy committee, managed institutional fixed income portfolios primarily for insurance companies, and performed credit research in the banking sector. Prior to joining Munder in 2000, Greg was a Money Market Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Trader at National City Investment Management Company, First of America Investment Corporation and First of America Bank Corporation. Greg began his career in the investment management industry in 1994. Greg holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute and a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College. He is also a member of the CFA Society of Detroit and the CFA Institute.

Biografia	Paul Jablansky is a managing director, head of fixed income strategy and investment grade research at Guardian Life. His previous investment management experience includes serving as the head of structured products at Western Asset Management from 2011 through 2013, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of structured products, including portfolio construction and management, trading, research, and surveillance. From 2010 through 2011, he was a managing director and head of non-agency mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities strategy at Royal Bank of Scotland. From 2008 through 2009, Mr. Jablansky was also co-managing partner and chief investment officer at 400 Capital Management, an investment management company he co-founded, where he focused on asset-backed, mortgage-backed, and commercial mortgage-backed strategies. Mr. Jablansky also served as a managing director at Banc of America Securities LLC from 2003 through 2008 and held previous positions focusing on asset-backed securities, including roles at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney from 1994 through 2003 and Goldman Sachs & Company from 1990 through 1994.

Biografia	Demetrios Tsaparas has been a co-portfolio manager. Demetrios is a Senior Director and has been with Guardian Life since 2008. He has worked on a broad range of domestic and global macro topics, including rates, currencies, inflation, and global central banks. He has particularly focused on mortgage-related securities and has also worked on corporate bonds. He also helps manage the fixed-income assets of Guardian Life. Prior to joining Guardian Life, he spent three years at New York Life Investment Management where he was second vice president for portfolio management, analytics and consulting. Prior to that, he was a trader and analyst for Spartan Capital Management. Demetrios has a B.A. from College of The Holy Cross and an M.B.A. in finance from UCLA. He has a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and he is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
David J. Marmon	Co-Portfolio Manager	2013	2016
Biografia	David is a managing director for Guardian Life and head of public fixed income investment strategy. He has many years experience in fixed income portfolio management with leadership positions in corporate credit, mortgage-backed securities as well as global developed and emerging markets. Prior to joining Guardian Life, David served as Head of Global Portfolios and US Core Portfolio Management at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts and held analyst and research positions at Chase, First Boston, and Yamaichi International in futures and options. David holds a B.A. in economics from Alma College, and an M.A. in economics from Duke University.

Biografia	Robert J. Crimmins has been a member of the investment team of Victory Strategic Income Fund (including its predecessor fund) since its inception. Mr. Crimmins has been a managing director of Guardian Life since 2004 and is co-head of the investment grade portfolio management group at Guardian Life. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Crimmins was a senior director at Guardian Life and prior to that, he was an assistant vice president of fixed-income investments of Guardian Life.
Howard W. Chin	Portfolio Manager	1998	2013
Biografia	Howard W. Chin has been a co-portfolio manager of RS Investment Quality Bond Fund since 1998, of RS Low Duration Bond Fund since 2003, and a member of the investment team of RS Strategic Income Fund since its inception. Howard has been a managing director at Guardian Life since 1997. He also manages part of the fixed-income assets of Guardian Life and the fixed-income assets for other GIS subsidiaries. Prior to joining Guardian Life, he spent four years as a strategist at Goldman Sachs & Company. Howard earned a B.S. in engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
