Biografia	Paul Leung has been a co-portfolio manager of Victory RS Mid Cap Growth Fund and Victory RS Small Cap Equity Fund since May 2018. Mr Leung has been an analyst with the RS Growth team since 2012. Mr. Leung joined Victory Capital in 2016 in connection with Victory Capital’s acquisition of RS Investments. Prior to that, he worked as a senior investment analyst at Ashfield Capital Partners where he focused on the technology sector. Previously, he held research and financial analyst positions at Sterling Johnston Capital Management, from 2002 to 2010, and Citigroup, from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Leung is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Melissa Chadwick-Dunn has been a member of the RS Growth team since 2001. She has been a co-portfolio manager and analyst of Victory RS Mid Cap Growth Fund (including its predecessor fund) since 2008 and Victory RS Small Cap Equity Fund (including its predecessor fund) since 2009. From 2001 to 2016, she was an investment professional with RS Investment Management Co. LLC, which was acquired by the Adviser in 2016. Before joining RS Investments, she was an equity analyst at Putnam Investments for two years, covering international small-cap stocks. Prior to that, she spent four years in investment banking, working on corporate finance and mergers-and-acquisition transactions for Lehman Brothers and McDaniels S.A.

Biografia	Mr. Tracy joined RS Investments and has been a member of the RS Growth Team since 2001. Prior to joining RS Investments in 2001, he spent three years at Shoreline Investment Management, the in house asset management arm of Hewlett-Packard. He has also served as an equity analyst at Montgomery Securities. Mr. Tracy holds a B.A. in history from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biografia	Stephen J. Bishop has been a member of the RS Growth team since 1996 and has been with Victory Capital Management Inc. since 2016. Mr. Bishop has been a co-portfolio manager and analyst of Victory RS Mid Cap Growth Fund (including its predecessor fund) since 2008, Victory RS Small Cap Equity Fund (including its predecessor fund) since 2009. From 1996 to 2016, Mr. Bishop was a research analyst primarily covering the technology sector with RS Investment Management Co. LLC, which was acquired by the Adviser in 2016. Prior to joining RS Investments, he worked as an analyst in the corporate finance department of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., for two years.

Biografia	Christopher W. Clark has been a co-portfolio manager of the Victory RS Investments Custom Growth Strategy (formerly, the RS Investments Custom Growth Strategy) of the Fund since September 2015. He has worked in investment management since 2001, has been with RS Investments since 2007, has managed investment portfolios since 2014, and has been with Victory Capital since 2016. Before joining RS Investments, he was a research associate at TIAA-CREF for three years, where he focused on global portfolio management and the health care sector. Prior to that, he was a research assistant at Dresdner RCM Global Investors for three years. Chris holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia. Chris is a CFA Charterholder.

Biografia	Thacker is Managing Director, co-portfolio manager and an analyst in the RS Growth Team. She has been a co-portfolio manager of RS Technology Fund since April 2003, RS Small Cap Growth Fund and RS Select Growth Fund since 2007, RS Mid Cap Growth Fund since July 2008, RS Small Cap Equity Fund since April 2009, and RS Growth Fund since May 2009. She also co-manages separate accounts. Prior to joining the firm in 2000 as an analyst covering Internet and consumer discretionary stocks, she worked as an analyst for the energy investment banking group at Merrill Lynch for two years.

Biografia	Budzinski has been a Vice President of the Sub-Adviser since May 2009 and a portfolio manager of the Sub-Adviser since November 2012. She has served as sector manager for healthcare for the Sub-Adviser’s Main Street Investment Team since May 2009. Prior to joining the Sub-Adviser, Ms. Budzinski was a healthcare sector manager at RS Investments and Guardian Life Insurance Company. Ms. Budzinski joined Guardian Life Insurance Company in August 2006 and transitioned to RS Investments in October 2006 in connection with Guardian Life Insurance Company’s acquisition of an interest in RS Investments.
John H. Seabern	Portfolio Manager	2007	2009
Biografia	John H. Seabern has been a co-portfolio manager of RS Growth Fund and of RS MidCap Opportunities Fund since May 2007. Mr. Seabern also served on the management team of RS Diversified Growth Fund (now known as RS Select Growth Fund) from August 1996 until May 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, he was a performance analyst at Duncan-Hearst Capital Management for two years. Mr. Seabern holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Colorado and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
