Biografia	Kandarp R Acharya is the Head of Portfolio Management and Deputy CIO of Aperio. He is based in the Sausalito office, reporting to Ran Leshem. She is also a frequent guest on CNBC-TV, Bloomberg Business News, and FOX Business television as well as Bloomberg Radio. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Biografia	Gary Pzegeo, CFA, Managing Director, is a co-manager of CIBC Private Wealth Advisors, Inc. Mr. Pzegeo has been associated with the firm and/or its affiliates since 2007. Prior to 2007, he served as senior portfolio specialist and senior portfolio manager of high yield bonds at Evergreen Investments. Previously, he was a vice president, portfolio manager and head of taxable bonds at Gannet, Welsh & Kotler. He also served as managing director and portfolio manager with Evergreen Investments from 1990-2001. From 1990 through 1997, Pzegeo served as a fixed income analyst and trader with EIMC, becoming a portfolio manager in 1997. Mr. Pzegeo has been in the financial services industry for more than 29 years. And he has earned the designation of chartered financial analyst.

Before WFAM, Peter was at Evergreen Investments, where he served in a similar role. Peter has held several other roles, including serving as treasurer and portfolio manager for Axe-Houghton, vice president for Bankers Trust in London and New York, and portfolio manager for Merchant Bankers Kleinwort Benson Ltd. Earlier, he was at international stockbrokers James Capel & Co. Peter began his investment industry career in 1978. He was educated in Canada, Hong Kong, and England.

Biografia	Tony Norris is senior portfolio manager and co-head of global fixed income for the Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM) Global Fixed Income team. Tony is one of five senior members of the investment team that forms the Senior Strategy Team. His responsibilities include developing investment strategies, macro-portfolio allocation, portfolio positioning, and risk management. He joined WFAM from Evergreen Investments, where he served in a similar role since 1990. Previously, he spent several years in banking, with particular emphasis on foreign exchange. Tony served in senior executive positions at Reserve Asset Managers and Gillett Brothers Fund Management. He began his investment industry career in 1966 at Wallace Brothers Bank. He is a member of the Society of Technical Analysts and is an associate of the International Federation of Technical Analysts.
