Biografia	Mr. Denlinger joined MacKay Shields in 2019 and is currently a Director. Before joining the firm he was an institutional municipal credit trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch with a primary focus on taxable and healthcare securities. Prior to trading credit, he was a high-grade municipal trader. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in 2014. He is a CFA Charterholder. Scott was previously with Dreyfus Corporation and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers as a Municipal Bond Portfolio Manager/Trader. He has a BSBA from Villanova University. Scott has been in the investment management industry since 1991.

Previously, he was a senior underwriter and institutional trader at both Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2011. Prior to his municipal career, Matthew served on active duty in the United States Navy. He held various operations linked positions and ultimately was honorably discharged after achieving the rank of Lieutenant. Matthew earned a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Business School.

Before joining the firm he was Chief Investment Officer at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. David was previously with Alliance Capital Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager and at Merrill Lynch & Co. as a Municipal Strategist. David has an AB from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University. He has been in the investment management industry since 1989.

He also serves as a member of the portfolio management teams of Aquila Churchill Tax-Free Fund of Kentucky and Aquila Tax-Free Fund For Utah. Mr. Durham has over forty years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently Mr. Durham served in a trust capacity for JP Morgan Chase. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager for Regions Morgan Keegan Trust and the Louisville Trust Company. He is a graduate of Heidelberg College with a B.A. in Economics and German.

Mr. Gerasopoulos has over 10 years of experience in the public finance industry, working for local government entities and in public finance investment banking.

Biografia	Tim Iltz is a municipal bond credit analyst with over 13 years of experience in the fixed income industry. He is responsible for the ongoing analysis of existing holdings of the Tax-Free Trust of Oregon and Oregon municipal bond underwritings to recommend whether they should be included as part of client portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in fixed income banking for Wedbush Securities in Portland and has over 11 years of public finance investment banking experience including the full spectrum of bond issues available to local governments. Tim earned a BS in finance and business administration with a minor in economics from the University of Oregon.

Biografia	Mr. Christopher has served as the portfolio manager of Aquila Tax- Free Trust of Oregon since 2011. Mr. Johns is a Senior Vice President of the Davidson Fixed Income Management, Inc. and has been an officer of it and its predecessor companies since 1992. From 1984 through 1992, he was a portfolio manager at the former United Bank of Denver, which acted as investment adviser to the Fund from its inception through 1992. He was formerly a portfolio manager of Toledo Trust Company. He holds the degree of BBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati
