Biografia	Jon Y. Cheigh joined Cohen & Steers in 2005 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and head of the global real estate investment team. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2005, Mr. Cheigh was a vice president and senior REIT analyst for two years at Security Capital Research & Management. Previously, he was a vice president of real estate acquisitions at InterPark and an acquisitions associate at Urban Growth Property Trust, two privately held REITs. Mr. Cheigh holds a BA cum laude from Williams College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Biografia	Mr. Quirijns is a senior vice president of Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc., overseeing the European real estate securities research effort. Mr. Quirijns has been a portfolio manager since 2012. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2008, Mr. Quirijns was a senior real estate equity analyst with ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, where his coverage included France, Scandinavia and the Benelux region. Mr. Quirijns has a degree in business economics from the University of Amsterdam and is based in London.

Biografia	Luke Sullivan, portfolio manager, has been with Cohen & Steers Asia Limited since 2006 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of the Advisor. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Sullivan was a vice president and research analyst at Citigroup Investment Research where he covered Australian real estate companies. Previously, he was a research assistant at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Sullivan has Bachelor’s of Law and Economics from Australian National University. He is based in Hong Kong.

Biografia	Mr. McKinley joined Cohen & Steers Capital Management in 2007 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of the firm. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2007, Mr. McKinley was a portfolio manager and REIT analyst at Franklin Templeton Real Estate Advisors. Previously, he was with Fidelity Investments and Cayuga Fund. Mr. McKinley has a BA degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA degree from Cornell University.

Prior to joining the Cohen & Steers in 1992, Mr. Harvey was a vice president with Robert A. Stanger Co. for five years, where he was an analyst specializing in real estate and related securities for the firm’s research and consulting activities. Mr. Harvey has a BSE degree from Princeton University.

Biografia	Gerios J.M. Rovers is CIO and managing director of the Cohen & Steers European real estate securities business. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Rovers, with Joseph Houlihan, co-founded Houlihan Rovers, a Belgium-based global real estate securities asset manager that was acquired by Cohen & Steers. Previously, Mr. Rovers was a vice president for two and a half years at Security Capital Group in Brussels, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio strategies. Prior to that, Mr. Rovers was an associate director of GIM Algemeen Vermogensbeheer, a Dutch investment management company, where he managed global real estate securities portfolios for domestic and foreign clients. Mr. Rovers has a degree from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. He is based in Brussels.

Biografia	Robert Steers is co-chairman and co-chief executive officer of Cohen & Steers, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company (CNS). Established in 1986, the firm is a leading global investment manager specializing in real estate securities, listed infrastructure, large cap value and preferred-equity portfolios. It also offers alternative investment strategies such as hedged real estate securities portfolios and private real estate multimanager strategies.

Biografia	Martin Cohen, co-chairman and co-CEO, is a senior portfolio manager for all of Cohen & Steers’ portfolios, and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to co-founding the firm in 1986 with Mr. Steers, Mr. Cohen was a senior vice president and portfolio manager at National Securities and Research Corporation from 1984 to 1986, where, in 1985, he and Mr. Steers organized and managed the nation’s first real estate securities mutual fund. From 1976 to 1981, Mr. Cohen was a vice president at Citibank, serving as an analyst and portfolio manager.
Scott Crowe	Portfolio Manager	2008	2012
Biografia	Scott Crowe,Prior to joining the Resource Real Estate, Inc.in November of 2012,was Global Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President for Cohen & Steers Capital Management Inc. from March 2007 to May 2012, where he served as the lead portfolio manager for global, international and emerging market portfolios and was chair of the firm's Europe, Asia and Global investment committees Mr. Crowe has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and graduated with honors with a finance degree from the University of Technology
