Biografia	Alban joined the company in July 2008. He is the lead fund manager of BMO Real Estate Equity Market Neutral Fund and BMO European Real Estate Securities Fund, and co-manager of the BMO Global Real Estate Securities Fund and BMO Property Growth & Income Fund. He was previously at Citigroup Global Markets as an equity research analyst focusing on continental European real estate. Prior to that he was at Société Générale Securities, where he focused on transport equity research. He completed a BSc Business and Management programme at ESC Toulouse, including one year at the Brunel University, School of Business Management in London. He also attended CERAM Nice High Business School. In 2005 he obtained a post-graduate Specialised Master in Finance in 2005 from ESCP-EAP.

Biografia	Dan Winterbottom – Assistant Portfolio Manager Dan joined Schroders in 2014 and within QEP is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of investment strategies across client portfolios, including trade execution and fund launches. Before joining Schroders he was an Analyst with Thames River Capital for four years. Previous positions include Junior Portfolio Manager with BlueBay Asset Management and his investment career commenced in 2002. Dan holds a BSc in Mathematics from King’s College London and is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Arthur Hurley is a senior portfolio manager on the Income Strategies Team and the lead portfolio manager on the Real Estate Equity Team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Hurley joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2006. Previously, he was a portfolio manager for Lee Munder Capital Group. In this role, he was responsible for the management of REIT assets for corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients. Prior to that, he served as the lead portfolio manager for the Tuckerman Group, the real estate investment arm of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA). Before joining the Tuckerman Group, Mr. Hurley managed portfolios, performed credit analysis and traded corporate bonds for SSgA’s active fixed-income group. He also played a key role in the development and implementation of new products and strategies. He began his career in financial services at State Street Corp. He has been a member of the investment community since 1994. Mr. Hurley received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, serves on the NAREIT Real Estate Investment Advisory Council and leads the Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate Roundtable. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
David I. Hoffman	Director	2005	2006
Biografia	David Hoffman is a senior portfolio manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He is co‐lead portfolio manager on a midcap value product and portfolio manager on a smid‐cap value product. Mr. Hoffman joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2001. Prior to his curren trole, Mr. Hoffman held other key research positions, including director of equity research, deputy director of research, and senior research analyst. Previously,Mr. Hoffman worked for Zurich Scudder Investments in several capacities. In addition to serving as an equity analyst covering consumer staples companies and real estate investment trusts, Mr. Hoffman co‐managed a dividend and growth fund, and co‐managed the firm’s value team of more than 20 portfolio managers and analysts. His earlier investment experience includes tenure as managing director, portfolio manager and analyst at HVB Asset Management, and as a vice president in real estate investments at Hypo Bank and its affiliates. He began his career in financial services at Swiss Bank Corp. He has been a member of the investment community since 1986. Mr. Hoffman received a B.A. in American and Russian studies from Grinnell College and an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University

Biografia	McConnaughey is a managing director of Columbia Management Investment Advisors, LLC. He has been associated with Columbia Advisors or its predecessors since March, 2002. Prior to March, 2002, McConnaughey was an associate director of research for Citigroup Asset Management from March, 2000 to March, 2002. McConnaughey was a portfolio manager with Prudential Investments between 1997 and 2002.
