Prior to that, he spent two years trading corporate bonds for UBS before joining Lehman Brothers in a sales capacity. Gizzi has more than 20 years of trading experience in the municipal securities industry, beginning at Kidder Peabody in 1984, where he started as a municipal bond trader and worked his way up to institutional block trading desk manager. In addition, Rob is the portfolio manager. Rob first worked at Wilmington Trust from 1982 to 1999, during which time he held several positions of increasing responsibility. He began as a credit analyst and bond trader and progressed to become a tax-exempt fixed income portfolio manager and leader of the tax-exempt fixed income group. Rob also managed cash portfolios and assisted with the expansion of Wealth Advisory Services to support clients in California, Florida, and New York. Rob then worked for five years as a senior vice president at PNC Financial Corp., in Philadelphia, where he started and co-managed the investment group dedicated to managing municipal bond portfolios for high-net-worth clients. He was also a senior vice president at Delaware Investments in Philadelphia for five years.
