Biografia	Aditya Kapoor is vice president and portfolio manager for Ivy Investments, now part of Macquarie Asset Management’s Delaware Management Company. He joined Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) as part of the firm’s April 30, 2021 acquisition (Transaction) of the investment management business of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., the parent company of Ivy Investment Management Company (IICO), the former investment advisor of the Transaction Funds. He joined IICO in 2008 as an equity investment analyst. He had served as assistant vice president and assistant portfolio manager for investment companies managed by IICO (or its affiliates) since 2013. He became portfolio manager in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in production and industrial engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Delhi), and holds an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University.

Biografia	Mr. Brundige joined Ivy Investment Management Company as an assistant portfolio manager for the Large Cap Growth equity team, and became a portfolio manager in Feb. 2006. He is Senior Vice President of IICO, Vice President of the Trust, and Vice President of and portfolio manager for other investment companies for which IICO serves as investment manager. Mr. Brundige holds a BS degree in Finance from Kansas State University, and has earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Brundige is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Catherine L. Murray	-	2017	2021
Biografia	Catherine Murray was named co-portfolio manager of the international core equity product suite of mutual funds and institutional accounts in January 2017. She had been the assistant portfolio manager on the product since January 2014. She remains the firm’s international financial sector analyst, and previously was the firm’s global financial sector analyst. Prior to joining the organization in 2011, Ms. Murray had significant roles as both a sell-side and buy-side financial sector analyst. She was a managing director of JP Morgan and a senior sell-side banking industry analyst at JP Morgan Securities where she followed Latin American, U.S. regional and money center banks. She was an Institutional Investor (II) ranked analyst in two banking industry categories, and achieved the top II ranking as a Latin America banks analyst. Ms. Murray also was a managing director and senior financial services analyst at Neuberger Berman, and a financial sector strategist at WJB Capital. Ms. Murray graduated from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota with a BA in French and Business Administration (accounting). She earned her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance. She has lived and studied in Mexico City and Paris, France.
John C. Maxwell	Senior Vice President	2006	2021
Biografia	John Maxwell is co-portfolio manager of the international core equity product suite of mutual funds and institutional accounts. He has held portfolio manager responsibilities for the firm’s international core equity strategy since 2006. Mr. Maxwell also has been a co-portfolio manager of the Ivy Managed International Opportunities Fund since 2016. Mr. Maxwell joined the organization in 1998 as an equity investment analyst and has held several roles in the firm. As an equity analyst he followed industries in the consumer discretionary, consumer staples, information technology and telecom services sectors. He had been an assistant portfolio manager on the Value product suite, a portfolio manager of the Ivy Global Income Allocation Fund, and a co-portfolio manager of the Ivy Global Equity Income Fund. He joined the International team in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maxwell held positions with Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Procter & Gamble, and the White House Special Programs Office. He was a U.S. Army Reserve Officer. Mr. Maxwell graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1985 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from The Johnson School at Cornell University in 1992.

Biografia	Mr. Mengel is senior vice president of Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co (WRIMCO) and Ivy Investment Management Co (IICO). Mr. Mengel has been a portfolio manager for, and employee of, WRIMCO since May 1996, other than a leave from December 31, 2008 through June 30, 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Berlin with a degree in Business, Finance and Economics.

Sheridan P. Reilly	Portfolio Manager	2000	2001
Biografia	Reilly is a portfolio manager with Ivy Management, his employer since May 2000. Previously, he was a vice president and portfolio manager with Scudder Kemper Investments from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, he was with American Express Financial Advisors from 1987 to 1995, focusing on strategies for global bond portfolios, currency hedging, and foreign equity markets. He also worked for the United Nations for five years. Reilly holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Barbara J Trebbi	President, general Partner	1997	2000
Biografia	Barbara Trebbi is a General Partner of Mercator. She is responsible for selected European countries. Prior Experience Barbara began her career in 1988 at Mackenzie Investment Management Inc. as a research analyst focusing on international equities. From 1995 she served as Vice President at Mackenzie where she specialized in security analysis and management of investments in the Asian region.
