Biografia	Dorian Carrell, CFA, joined Schroders in 2003 and is based in London. In 2017, Dorian joined the Global Multi-Asset Income team, as a Fund Manager with particular responsibility for Emerging Multi-Asset Income. He is head of the Credit team of the Strategic Investment Group Multi-Asset(SIGMA). Prior to this, Dorian was an analyst on the global equity desk in London, before becoming a Convertibles' fund Manager and analyst, based in Singapore and Zurich. In 2000, prior to joining Schroders, Dorian was Head of Research and Statistics at the Investment Management Association. From 1998 to 2000, he was a Risk Consultant at Ernst and Young.

He joined Schroders in 2013 and is based in London. Ugo was a Director at BlackRock from 2006 to 2013, which involved managing a portfolio specialising in diversified growth and risk parity strategies. He was a Fixed Income Investment Analyst at Barings Asset Management from 2004 to 2006, which involved managing a portfolio specialising in a bespoke cash-based LDI strategy. He was a Consultant at Barra International Ltd from 2000 to 2004, which involved consulting to portfolio and risk managers. Keir was a Fixed Income Investment IT executive at Schroders from 2005 to 2009, which involved the delivery of Fixed Income investment decision and performance attribution tools. Qualifications: Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF); Investment Management Certificate (IMC UK); MSci in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Nottingham.

Biografia	Aymeric Forest is Head of Global Income, Multi-Asset at Schroders, responsible for Multi Asset Income and Flexible mandates, a member of the Global Asset Allocation Committee and lead manager of Schroder ISF Global Multi Asset Income and Schroder ISF Emerging Multi Asset Income. He joined Schroders in 2011 and is based in London. Aymeric was the Global Head of Investment Solutions at BBVA in Madrid from 2009 to 2011, responsible for all Multi Asset investment solutions. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Tactical Asset Allocation Research at ABN AMRO Asset Management in London from 2002 to 2009, with responsibility for Multi Asset portfolios. He was the Head of Tactical Asset Allocation Quantitative Strategies at ABN AMRO Asset Management in London (merged with Fortis IM and then BNPP IP) from 2002 to 2009, where he was dedicated to absolute return strategies. He was an Institutional Portfolio Manager at Dexia Asset Management in Paris and Luxembourg from 1999 to 2002, With responsibility for Multi Asset portfolios. Qualifications: CFA Charterholder; Post graduate (DESS) in Finance from Nancy 2 (France); Masters in Finance from Nancy 2 (France), Giessen (Germany) and Lund.
