Biografia	Michael Chico is a Vice President at the Northern Trust Investments, Inc. Dan is responsible for the interest rate strategy for active long duration fixed income, and is also lead portfolio manager for $15 billion passive global interest rate and $11 billion in domestic inflation products and ETF's. Prior to joining Northern Trust as an Accounting Auditor in 1996, he served in the shareholder service department at Kemper Mutual Funds. He was named an Officer In September of 2000, and a Second Vice President in 2003.

Biografia	Tim has been in the fixed income investment management industry since 1994. His role at GenevaAdvisors includes contributing to the firm’s fixed income portfolio strategy, analysis, and trading of both taxable and tax-exempt bond investments. Previously, Tim worked at Northern Trust as part of a team managing over $30 billion in fixed income mutual funds, collective and commingled, as well as institutional and retail separate accounts. Most recently, he was a portfolio manager of several multiple-sector bond portfolios at Calamos Investments. Tim received his B.A. in business administration and corporate communication from Rosary College and his M.B.A. in finance from the Dominican University Brennan School of Business. Tim holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Biografia	Colin A. Robertson is a Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Colin is managing director of Fixed Income for Northern Trust Global Investments with responsibility for over $375 billion in fixed income assets. Colin is responsible for overseeing fixed Income investment for individual and institutional investment management accounts at Northern Trust as well as for Northern Funds and Northern Institutional Funds. Previously, he was Director of Northern Trust’s high quality core, short duration and global fixed income products. Through his leadership managing credit-sensitive fixed income portfolios, Northern Trust has built a world-class short duration fixed income team, investment process and products. Prior to joining Northern Trust as a Senior Vice President in July, 1999, Colin worked for Mellon Financial Corporation where he was the chief investment officer of securities lending. At the same time, Colin was a senior manager representing investment activities for Mellon Capital Management and the Boston Company.Prior to Mellon Financial, Colin managed short/intermediate money for Harris Investment Management.Colin received a B.S. degree in business from Indiana University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance/International Management from Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
Mark J. Wirth	Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Head	1999	2001
Biografia	Wirth is senior vice president and portfolio manager with The Northern Trust Company, his employer since 1986. He is involved in all aspects of the fixed-income decision process with an emphasis on sector- and issue-selection strategy. He also leads the firm's mortgage-backed security analysis and investment efforts. Wirth is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation and the Investment Analyst Society of Chicago.
