Biografia	Mr. Zhiwei Ren serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Penn Mutual Asset Management. Prior to joining Penn Mutual, where his previous experience includes quantitative research and derivative hedging, he worked in various investment roles at Genworth Financial, including the director of quantitative research. He also held the position of investment managing consultant at Aflac. He graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Mathematics. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder since 2009.

Biografia	Mr. Heppenstall joined Penn Mutual Asset Management, LLC in January 2015 and is responsible for all investment management functions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Heppenstall served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Penn Mutual from June 2014 to December 2014. Prior to that, he worked for 16 years as Managing Director of Fixed-income at Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System. Mr. Heppenstall graduated in 1984 from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in U.S. History. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1987.

Ms. Moroney, with over 12 years of investment experience, also serves as Investment Product Fund Analyst for Penn Mutual where she has worked since 2007.

Huckerby, President and Chief Marketing Officer of PMAM, is co-portfolio manager for the Balanced, Aggressive Allocation, Moderately Aggressive Allocation, Moderate Allocation, Moderately Conservative Allocation and Conservative Allocation Funds. Mr. Huckerby, with over 20 years in the investment management industry, has also served as Assistant Vice President of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company where he had worked since 1994.

Biografia	Sherman is president and portfolio manager of Independence Capital Management, Inc. He has served as portfolio manager of the Money Market and Quality Bond Funds since November 1992. Sherman is executive vice president and chief investment officer of Penn Mutual. Prior to May 1996, he was vice president, Fixed Income Portfolio Management of Penn Mutual. Sherman is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation. Sherman holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Willarn N. Woolbert	Vice President, Portfolio Manager	2008	2010
Biografia	Woolbert is vice president and portfolio manager with Independence Capital Management, his employer since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, he was a vice president of PNC Bank from 1990 to 1998, where he had the responsibility for managing equity investments.
