Biografia	Stephen Bartolini is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is a portfolio manager for several fixed income portfolios within the Fixed Income Division. He is the president and chair of the Investment Advisory Committee for the T. Rowe Price New Income Fund. has served as cochairman of the Investment Advisory Committee since January 2018 and became sole chairman in December 2018 at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is also a member of the Asset Allocation Committee and has been with the firm since 2010. During the past several years, he has served as a portfolio manager (beginning in 2016) and, prior to that, as an associate portfolio manager of the U.S. Inflation Protected Bond and U.S. Short-Term Inflation Focused Bond strategies, a member of the fixed income division’s Global Interest Rates and Currencies Strategy team, and a fixed income trader. Before joining T. Rowe Price in 2010, he spent nine years at Fannie Mae in the capital markets area, where he worked as director of portfolio management, senior trader, and analyst. He earned a B.S. in economics from George Washington University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. Steve also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Dan Shackelford is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company. He is a portfolio manager and member of the portfolio strategy team for the core and core plus mandates in the Fixed Income Division. Dan is president and chairman of the Investment Advisory Committees of the New Income, Inflation Protected Bond, and Inflation Focused Bond Funds. He also chairs the Fixed Income Derivatives Committee and is a member of the firm's Asset Allocation Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Dan was the principal and head of fixed income for Investment Counselors of Maryland. He earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. in finance from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, where he was a Fuqua Scholar. Dan also earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a former president of the Baltimore CFA Society.

Biografia	Ted Wiese is head of the Fixed Income Division for T. Rowe Price, overseeing fixed income investment management. He is the chairman of the Fixed Income Steering Committee and is a member of the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Wiese also is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division and serves as president and chairman of the Investment Advisory Committees. He is a member of the firm's Finance and Counterparty Risk Committees, as well as a member of the Diversity Advisory Council. Mr. Wiese has started to engage in investment since 1985, all of which have been at T. Rowe Price. He joined the firm in 1984. Mr. Wiese earned a B.A. in geology from Yale University, an M.S. in biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. in finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
