Biografia	John Linehan is the portfolio manager for the Equity Income Strategy and co-portfolio manager of the US Large-Cap Value Strategy for T. Rowe Price. In addition, he is the chief investment officer of Equity and a member of the firm's US Equity Steering, Equity Brokerage and Trading Control, and Counterparty Risk Committees. Mr. Linehan is Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee at T. Rowe. He is a large-cap value portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division and also co-chair of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Institutional Large-Cap Value Strategy. From February 2010 to June 2014, Mr. Linehan was head of U.S. Equity and chairman of the U.S. Equity Steering Committee. He is a member of the firm's U.S. Equity Steering, Equity Brokerage and Trading Control, and Counterparty Risk Committees. He earned a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was the Henry Ford II Scholar, an Arjay Miller Scholar, and the winner of the Alexander A. Robichek Award in finance. Mr. Linehan is a CFA® charterholder.

Biografia	"Brian Rogers retired as an executive of T. Rowe Price on March 31, 2017. He remains on the Board, serving as non-executive chair. He has been a director of Price Group since 1997 and was the chairman of the Board since 2007, the chief investment officer since 2004, a vice president since 1985, and an employee since 1982. He was a member of the Executive and Management Committees, a director or trustee of 39 T. Rowe Price funds, and the president of two T. Rowe Price funds.

Biografia	Zweig has served as president of Zweig Advisors since 1971. He is also currently director of research for Avatar Investors Associates, an investment firm that manages pension plans and other securities accounts. Zweig has provided investment-advisory services since 1971 and portfolio-management services since 1972. He is the director of several investment advisory affiliates, the publisher of various investment newsletters, and the author of several books on investing.

Biografia	Carlton Neel is a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Euclid (since September 2011) and a Senior Vice President of Zweig Advisers, LLC ("ZA"). For the period from July 2002 until April 2003, Mr. Neel was a managing director and principal of Shelter Rock Capital Partners, L.P., a market neutral hedge fund. Previously, he was senior portfolio manager for a number of the former Zweig mutual funds. Before joining Zweig in 1995, Mr. Neel was a vice president with J.P. Morgan & Company, Inc. He received a dual B.A. in economics and political science from Brown University.
