Biografia	Dr. Sanjiv Talwar is Senior Vice President, Senior Analyst, Portfolio Manager of the Alger Health Sciences and Large Cap Growth strategies and the Head of Healthcare. He joined Alger in 2021 with 15 years of investment experience and more than 12 years of experience in scientific and medical research. Before joining Alger, Sanjiv was a Portfolio Manager, Senior Analyst and Director of Equity Research for Oppenheimer Funds, a life sciences fund from 2012 to 2021 at Invesco, where he also served as a Senior Healthcare Analyst on a global fund. Prior to that, Sanjiv was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from 2006 to 2012, where he led consulting teams focused on healthcare, serving industry and private equity globally.

Biografia	Dan Chung, CFA is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of several Alger strategies. Dan joined Alger in 1994 and has 27 years of investment experience. He was named Chief Investment Officer in September 2001, President in 2003, and CEO in 2006. Dan is also a member of The Alger Partners Plan. Throughout his tenure at Alger, he has made numerous TV appearances on Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox Business. Dan has also been featured and quoted frequently in Barron’s, Citywire, Forbes, Investment News, Pensions & Investments, and USA Today. Prior to joining Alger, Dan was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City in 1989 while he earned an LL.M. from New York University. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1987, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. After graduating, he served as law clerk for the Honorable Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, United States Supreme Court. Dan graduated from Stanford University with B.A. and B.S. degrees, with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa, in 1984. Dan is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Dan currently serves as a board trustee and former chairman of The Nature Conservancy in the State of New York and is a Global Campaign Committee Member of The Nature Conservancy. He is also actively involved with the Stanford in New York Internship Program, and frequently contributes to and supports various charitable organizations including the Harlem Education Activities Fund (HEAF) and Target Margin Theater.

Biografia	Teresa McRoberts is Senior Vice President, Senior Analyst, and Portfolio Manager. She first joined Alger in 1994. Before rejoining Alger in 2015, Teresa was the portfolio manager at Bienville Health Science Partners, a company she founded. Her previous experience includes health care portfolio manager roles at Galleon Group, Carlyle Blue Wave Partners, and Tribeca Global Management (Citigroup). Prior to that, she returned to Alger in 2001 as Senior Health Care Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Before returning to Alger, she was a portfolio manager and principal at Morgan Stanley. Her prior experience includes working as a health care analyst at Alger, and analyst and corporate finance roles at JP Morgan. Teresa earned her B.A. from Oberlin College and her M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Biografia	Mr. Emery has been employed by Fred Alger Management, Inc. since 2012. He became a co-portfolio manager, a Senior Vice President, and a Senior Analyst in 2014. Prior to joining the Manager, he was a Principal at Carlson Capital, L.P. from 2011 to 2012, and a managing director at TIAA-CREF Investment Management, Inc. from 1991 to 2011.

Biografia	Maria Liotta is Senior Vice President, Senior Analyst, Head of the Alger Healthcare sector team, and Portfolio Manager of the Alger Health Sciences Fund. She is also Co-Portfolio Manager of the Alger Mid Cap Growth strategies. Maria is charged with developing and managing Alger’s strategic vision for this important sector. She joined Alger in 2010 and has 15 years of investment experience and 4 years of healthcare industry experience. Previously, she was a portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch and The Galleon Group (2002-2007) managing long/short healthcare strategies at both. Most recently, she worked at Citigroup for their global equity healthcare franchise as an originator. Maria began her investment career as a healthcare equity analyst at Morgan Stanley and Raymond James. Prior to joining Wall Street, Maria was a partner in an Optometrist practice, in Pittsburgh, PA. Maria graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in biology and psychology, and earned her MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Maria earned her B.S. in Optical Science and Doctor of Optometry, with clinical honors, from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

He has over 10 years of industry experience and 7 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Alger, David was Analyst and Portfolio Manager covering healthcare at Pequot Capital Management. Previous investment experience includes biotechnology coverage for Citadel Investment Group and UBS in New York. David received his Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine where he was Chief Medical Resident. He then served as Assistant Professor at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before receiving his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. David graduated with a B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Biografia	Rosanne Ott is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Alger Health Sciences Fund. She is also a senior analyst covering health care equipment/supplies and pharmaceuticals. Rose joined Alger as an analyst in April 2002, and has over 11 years of investment experience in the health care sector. Previously she was a research analyst at Lehman Brothers and at Piper Jaffray covering medical supplies and devices. Prior to joining Wall Street, she held key sales andmanagement roles at Johnson & Johnson and Sulzer Spine-Tech, where she facilitated the training of general surgeons, cardiologists, and orthopedic spine surgeons. Rose earned her B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Ms. Ott is no longer employed by Fred Alger Management, Inc. since 2011-01-28.

Biografia	Eric joined RCM Global Investors in 2001 as an analyst in the healthcare group, covering biotechnology. Prior to joining RCM, Dr. Shen was a biotechnology analyst at Robertson Stephens where he covered product-focused biotechnology companies. Dr. Shen graduated Yale University Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in biology and received a M.D. from NYU. He trained in internal medicine and radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Stanford University Hospital.
