Mr. Carney has 16 years' experience in the industry, having joined BlackRock in 2007 as a municipal bond trader on the Private Investor platform and previously working as a municipal bond broker at Chapdelaine & Co. in New York City. In his current role as Head Municipal Strategist, Mr. Carney monitors market developments on a daily basis and offers analysis and interpretation of technical and fundamental developments for BlackRock's broader municipal bond organization. He is a frequent commentator on the market and is a lead author of the firm's monthly municipal market review and outlook. In 2017 Mr. Carney received recognition as the industries top Municipal Strategist by Smith's Research and Grading covering over 80 buy-side and sell-side firms. Mr. Carney holds a bachelor's degree from Moravian College and served six years as an infantryman in the U.S. Army National Guard.

He was a municipal management committee member, leader of 58 investment professionals, strategic growth initiatives and innovation. Prior to Municipal Bonds, Mr. Pruskowski worked extensively to help start BlackRock's Financial Institutions Group, the leading insurance asset management business in the world. He delivered a range of balance sheet management & analytics, capital markets and portfolio construction services to banks, insurance companies and official institutions globally. He was responsible for setting the group’s multi-sector total return strategies, performance, strategic positioning, customized solution creation, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Mr. Pruskowski’s career started at BlackRock in 1994 shortly after the firm’s inception with just $25b in assets under management. He was a risk analyst on the firms first external risk assignment that was instrumental in helping to create what is BlackRock Solutions today. Mr. Pruskowski earned a BA degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey in 1995. More than 30 years in the municipal bond market. Former Managing Director and Head of Institutional Wealth Management at Blackrock where he started in 1994.James has a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Biografia	Timothy T. Browse, CFA, is Director of BlackRock, Inc. since 2008 and Vice President of BlackRock, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Prior that,Mr. Browse is the Fund's portfolio manager and has been primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund's portfolio since 2004. Mr. Browse is a Vice President (Tax-Exempt Fixed Income) and portfolio manager with the Tax-Exempt Fixed Income group of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, L.P. He was a Vice President, portfolio manager and team leader of the Municipal Investments Team with Lord Abbett & Co. from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Browse was a Vice President and portfolio manager in the municipal fund management group of Eaton Vance Management, Inc. from 1992 to 2000.
