Mr. Fox earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Suffolk University. He is a member of the Boston Society of Security Analysts and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Biografia	Doug Rangel is vice president and client portfolio manager for muicipal fixed-income products at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2019. Previously, he was a senior director for client portfolio management at Galliard Capital Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo, offering fixed income management for institutional clients. Doug has been in the investment industry since 2000. He earned a B.A. in Business Management from Greenville University and a M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. In addition, Doug holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Sector Leader of the Adviser’s Municipal Bond Team from 2007 to 2010. Prior to 2007, Ms. Stienstra was employed by FAF Advisors, Inc. (formerly USBancorp Asset Management) from 1998 to 2007, where she was a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager. Ms. Stienstra began her investment career in 1988 and earned a B.A. from the University of Nebraska.

From 1994 until joining Columbia in May 2010, Mr. McGreevy was associated with the Fund’s previous investment adviser as an investment professional. Mr. McGreevy began his investment career in 1982 and earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Masters from Harvard University Extension School. Mr. McGreevy began his investment career in 1980.

Biografia	James M. D’Arcy, CFA, Portfolio Manager at Vanguard. He has worked in investment management since 1996, has managed investment portfolios since 1999, has been with Vanguard since 2011. Prior to this, James D'Arcy is a director and senior portfolio manager for Columbia Management focusing on tax-exempt and crossover short duration accounts. In addition, he manages two short-term funds and various short-term separate accounts and is responsible for developing tax-exempt strategies for Columbia Management’s tax-exempt liquidity strategies group. Mr. D'Arcy joined Columbia Management in 1999 and has been a member of the investment community since 1996. Prior to joining Columbia Management, Mr. D'Arcy worked on the fixed-income trading desk at Wells Capital Management. Mr. D'Arcy received his B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. In addition, he is a member of the CFA North Carolina Society and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Prior to joining Russell, he was the Director of Fixed Income for Columbia Funds from June 2002 to June 2007. Mainelli was vice president and director of fixed-incomes at American Frontier Financial Corp from 1995 until 1999.

Biografia	John J. Trentacoste serves as Vice President and Director of Fixed Income for Howe and Rusling, joining the firm in June 2018. John began his career at Bank of America where he managed fixed income mutual funds as well as individual portfolios for high net worth and institutional clients. More recently, John joined H&R from Comerica Bank where he built out an active fixed income management group which offered Common Trust Funds and customized fixed income portfolios. Through his career in the fixed income markets, John gained invaluable experience in not only actively managing fixed income portfolios based on strategic guidelines but also risk trading a wide range of fixed income securities. John received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
