Biografia	Mr. Mulroy is the Executive Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of EquityCompass Strategies and is responsible for managing various strategies, including the Quality Dividend Strategy. Mr. Mulroy has more than 30 years of investment experience, most recently with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. where he served as Co-Director of the Institutional Group from July 2009 to June 2017 and Executive Vice President and Head of Equity Capital Markets from December 2005 to July 2009. Tom was Co-President and Director of Stifel Financial Corp. from June 2014 through June 2017 and Senior Vice President from December 2005 through June 2014. Prior to joining Stifel, Tom served as Executive Vice President at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. from 1986 through November 2005 and was instrumental in the transformative deal that brought Legg Mason Capital Markets to Stifel in their 2005 acquisition. Tom’s leadership has been a driving force behind Stifel’s growth since that time. Tom also formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited. He received a B.S. in Finance from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. in Finance from American University

Biografia	Mr. Scherer joined the EquityCompass team in 2000. He is the portfolio manager of the Quality Dividend and Select Quality portfolios, as well as a senior member of the team responsible for developing and researching quantitative portfolio strategies. He has written extensively on market strategy and works closely with Stifel financial advisors educating them on EquityCompass investment portfolios and products. Mr. Scherer has an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a B.A. from the College of William & Mary with a concentration in government.
Larry Baker	-	2013	2020
Biografia	Larry joined EquityCompass in 2010 and is currently the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Quality Dividend and Select Quality portfolios. Larry has more than 30 years of investment experience, most recently with Legg Mason where he was a Managing Director and award-winning security analyst in the Industrials sector. Prior to joining Legg Mason in 1990, he was a Vice President and securities analyst at Dillon, Read & Co. Larry began his career as a securities analyst with E. F. Hutton where he spent 10 years. Larry has been named a three-time member of Institutional Investor's All-American Research Team and recognized as an All-Star analyst by The Wall Street Journal Best on the Street and Forbes/StarMine. Larry received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Finance from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a CFA charter holder.
Richard E. Cripps	CIO (Chief Investment Officer)	2013	2017
Biografia	Richard joined Stifel as the Managing Director of Portfolio Strategy in 2005 following the acquisition of Legg Mason's Capital Markets Group. He was named the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of EquityCompass upon the group's spin-off as a subsidiary in June 2008. Richard has more than 25 years experience in developing and monitoring investment opinions, as well as providing market commentary, strategy and portfolio advice to individual and institutional clients. The EquityCompass Investment philosophy and process were developed and refined under Richard's leadership and were utilized in a variety of programs at Legg Mason and currently are being offered at Stifel. Prior to joining Stifel, Richard served as the Chief Market Strategist and Co-chairman of the investment committee at Legg Mason Wood Walker. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
