Biografia	Nora is a portfolio manager on the US Value Equity Team. Nora has research responsibilities over the Retail, Apartment, Self-storage and Hotel US REIT sectors across the Value and Real Estate Securities portfolios. Nora has 11 years of industry experience spanning both the public and private markets. Prior to joining GSAM, she worked at Fortress Investment Group where she facilitated many of the firm’s private real estate investments globally. Prior to that, Nora was a portfolio manager and research analyst at Fidelity Investments covering REITs and homebuilders. Nora has also worked as a REIT-dedicated research analyst in the Global Investment Research Division of Goldman Sachs. She received a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Biografia	Otness joined GSAM as a senior portfolio manager 2000. From 1998 to 2000, he headed Dolphin Asset Management. Otness served as a managing director and a member of the equity- and balanced-accounts group with J.P. Morgan, his employer from 1970-1998. Prior he headed technology and machinery sector research in the investment-research group. He has served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Otness holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Prior David worked for 13 years in global private equity real estate with Schroder real estate associates, and the Yarmouth group (which was acquired by Lend Lease). David served on the board of directors of Rouse properties ticker RSE - from 2011 to 2016. RSE Was acquired by Brookfield asset management in July 2016. David is presently a professor at the Columbia University Masters program in real estate development and investment, a member of the investment advisory Council at Ithaca College, and a board member of RBR asset management US David is a CFA charterholder, and member of NAREIT.

Biografia	Dolores Bamford, CFA, serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer for Eventide and Senior Portfolio Manager for Eventide’s dividend growth, multi-asset income, and fixed income strategies. Ms. Bamford has over 25 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Eventide in 2019, she was with Goldman Sachs Asset Management for 13 years (2002-2015), most recently as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on U.S. Value Equity. She also led Goldman Sachs’s U.S. Responsible Equity investments and co-led the Global Sustain Equity investments. Previously, she was with Putnam Investments for 10 years (1992-2002), where she served as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager and Analyst on multiple value investments. Before that, she was with Fidelity Investments (1988-1990), where she served in investment research. Ms. Bamford holds an S.M. in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a dual-M.A. in Theology and Church History from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College. She is a CFA Charterholder and member of the Boston Society of Security Analysts.

Biografia	Hannon is Head of Real Estate Securities at GS JBWere Asset Management (GSJBWAM) and Senior Portfolio Manager of GSAM’s Global & International Real Estate Securities Strategies. Hannon joined GSJBWAM in 1998 as an analyst before assuming the role as fund manager for the Australian Equities team. He assumed the role of Head of Australian Equities from 2004-2006 when he transitioned to focus solely on the real estate business. Prior to this, Hannon worked in the Institutional Stockbroking business at GSJBWAM.
Collin Bell	Managing Director	2003	2005
Biografia	Collin Bell, is a Managing Director with GSAM. Prior to joining GSAM in 2008, he was a research analyst and senior relationship manager within affiliates of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Bell holds a B.A. from Amherst College.
