Paul joined Perpetual's Fixed Interest team in 1995 and is Joint Head of Fixed Interest Investment with Paul Causer.

Biografia	Dow is a portfolio manager with MFS Investment Management, his employer since 1999. Prior to joining MFS, he worked for two years as a senior sovereign analyst at Putnam Investments, and prior to that he worked as an economist at the International Monetary Fund.
