Biografia	Sojung Park is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews Asia and co-manages the firm’s Korea Strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, she earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. From 2010 to 2013, Sojung worked as an Equity Research Analyst at HSBC Securities as primary analyst for mid-cap companies in the Korean financial services sector, and from 2009 to 2010, was an Equity Research Associate at E*Trade Securities. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Seoul National University and is fluent in Korean. Sojung has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Korea Fund since 2022.

Biografia	Elli Lee is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews and manages the firm’s Korea Strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Elli worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 10 years, most recently in Korean Equity Sales and previously as an Equity Research Analyst covering South Korea’s engineering, construction, steel and education sectors. From 2003 to 2005, Elli was an Investor Relations Specialist at Hana Financial Group in Seoul. She earned a Master of Science in Global Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School and New York University Stern School of Business, and received a B.A. in Economics from Bates College. Elli is fluent in Korean. Elli has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Korea Fund since 2019.

Biografia	MICHAEL J. OH, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews and manages the firm’s Asia Innovators and Korea Strategies and co‑manages the Asia Growth Strategy. Michael joined Matthews in 2000 as a Research Analyst and has built his investment career at the firm. Michael received a B.A. in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in Korean. Michael has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Korea Fund since 2007, of the Matthews Asia Innovators Fund since 2006, of the Matthews Asia Growth Fund since 2020 and of the Matthews Asia Innovators Active ETF since its inception in 2022.

Biografia	Michael Han is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews. Prior to joining the firm in 2007 as a Senior Research Analyst, he was an Analyst at Luxor Capital Group, researching investment opportunities in Asian markets. From 2002 to 2005, he was an Investment Manager at Crystal Investment Group, a private equity firm in Seoul. Michael started his career as a Consultant in the Seoul office of KPMG. Michael received a B.A. in Business from Yonsei University in Seoul and an M.B.A. from Columbia University, and is fluent in Korean.

Biografia	Headley is Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and a Portfolio Manager at Matthews. He joined Matthews in 1995 and has been actively involved in the Asian markets since 1989. He was an original member of the team that launched the first SEC registered open-ended Asia (ex-Japan) fund.

Biografia	G. Paul Matthews is lead manager of GGOF Asian Growth and Income Fund. He has actively been managing Asian markets since 1982. Mr. Matthews is Chairman, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Matthews International Capital Management which he founded in 1991. He was named Manager of the Year in 2000 by The Value Line Investment Survey.
Carol Chuang	Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager	1995	1996
Biografia	Chuang is a vice president and senior portfolio manager with Matthews International Capital Management, her employer since January 1994. Prior to joining the company, she served as president of JYCP Investment Management for two years. From 1990 to 1992, Chuang served as an assistant director and investment manager with Prudential Asia Fund Management in Hong Kong. She also spent two years as an analyst with Baring Securities in Hong Kong.
