Biografia	Ms. Garrett serves as a Portfolio Manager for the SEI US Investment Grade fixed income strategies within the Investment Management Unit. Ms. Garrett is responsible for the selection of fund sub-advisers and the allocations among these managers to optimize diversification of style and alpha source within the fixed income funds. In this capacity, Ms. Garrett primarily oversees daily cash flows, portfolio exposures, portfolio risks, and performance attribution. In her preceding role, Ms. Garrett was an Analyst on the Global Fixed Income team responsible for in-depth due diligence on existing and prospective investment managers for SEI's US fixed-income portfolios. Ms. Garrett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance and her M.B.A. with concentrations in Strategic Management and International Business from the Villanova University School of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Garrett is the former President of SEI's Women's Network and currently serves on the SEI Corporate Innovation team.

Biografia	Mr. Eanes is a Portfolio Manager in the Ares Tradable Credit Group, where he is responsible for managing Ares’ U.S. credit strategies. Additionally, Mr. Eanes serves as a member of select Tradable Credit Group investment committees. Prior to joining Ares in 2006 as a Credit Analyst, Mr. Eanes was an Analyst in the Securitization Banking Group at Lehman Brothers, Inc., where he focused on originating and structuring asset-backed securitizations. Mr. Eanes holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania in Electrical Engineering.

Biografia	Mr. Treftz joined SIMC in 2012, and is responsible for the oversight, monitoring and manager selection for the Investment Management Unit's Multi Asset and Short Duration strategies. Prior to his employment at SEI, Mr. Treftz was employed by Citi Private Bank where he was responsible for maintaining the firm's research opinions on third party international, global and emerging market equity managers. Prior to his employment at Citi Private Bank Mr. Treftz was employed by Lockwood Advisors, Inc. where he was responsible for the management of one of the firm's mutual fund/ETF wrap portfolio programs. Mr. Treftz earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Risk Management from Temple University. Mr. Treftz is also a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Biografia	Mr. Cascella is a Partner in the Ares Credit Group. He serves as a Vice President of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. (“ARDC”), a NYSE-listed, closed end fund managed by an affiliate of Ares. Additionally, Mr. Cascella serves as a member of select Ares Credit Group investment committees. Prior to joining Ares in 1998, Mr. Cascella was a Senior Associate at Price Waterhouse LLP, where he focused on foreign exchange and interest rate derivative risk analysis and corporate treasury risk management consulting and directed corporate audits of companies in various industries.
