Biografia	Seun Oyegunle is the portfolio manager of the Africa & Middle East Fund in the Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Seun’s investment experience began in 2009, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning as a research analyst, covering retail and other sectors across a number of emerging markets, in the Emerging Markets department of the Equity Division. Prior to this, Seun was employed by Asset and Research Management Ltd. as an analyst covering the consumer goods sector. He also was employed by Vetiva Capital Management Ltd. Seun earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Lagos. Seun also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Biografia	Wenli Zheng has been chairman of the committee since 2019. He joined the Firm in 2008 and his investment experience dates from that time. Wenli completed an internship at T. Rowe Price in 2007 and has been with the firm since 2008. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was a strategy consultant at Capgemini in China. Wenli earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a dual bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and economics from the South China University of Technology.

Biografia	Eric Moffett is a vice president and portfolio manager. Mr. Moffett was chairman of the committee in 2014. He joined the Firm in 2007 and his investment experience dates from 2000. During the past five years, he has served as an equity research analyst and a portfolio manager (beginning in 2014). Eric Moffett is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited. He is the portfolio manager for the firm's Asia Opportunities equity strategy and chairman of the strategy's Investment Advisory Committee. Mr. Moffett earned an A.B., magna cum laude, in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Biografia	Malik Sarmad Asif is a co-portfolio manager of the Global Emerging Markets Equity Strategy. He is a member of the Emerging Markets Stock Investment Advisory Committee. Malik is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Malik’s investment experience began in 2005, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2012, beginning on the emerging markets equity team as an investment analyst. Prior to this, Malik was employed by Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in New York covering U.S. large-cap financial services. Malik also has worked on the investment team of the World Bank Group’s private sector investment arm (International Finance Corporation) and in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division in London. Malik earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics and international relations from Connecticut College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, where he received the Chicago Booth Merit Fellowship.

Biografia	Gonzalo Pángaro, CFA—Gonzalo Pángaro is a vice president and portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price International. He joined the firm in 1998 and his investment experience dates from 1991. He earned a master’s degree in finance from CEMA University (Centro de Estudios Macroeconomics de la Argentina), and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Argentine Catholic University. He is also fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Biografia	Christopher Alderson is president and chief executive officer of T. Rowe Price International, Inc., vice president and management committee member of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services Ltd.Mr. Alderson is an Investment Advisory Committee member for the Global Emerging Markets Equity Strategy. He started his career at Robert Fleming and Co. Ltd in 1985 as a UK equity analyst and then transferred to the joint venture Rowe Price-Fleming International in 1988. He then worked in Hong Kong as a portfolio manager for Asian ex-Japan portfolios. In 1993, he moved to the Tokyo office, where he added co-management of the firm's Japanese equity products to his responsibilities. Mr. Alderson is a graduate of University of Edinburgh where he earned an M.A. (hons.) in economics.

Mr. Edwards is co-manager for the Emerging Markets Equity Strategy and Non-US Small-Cap Equity Strategy, specialising in North Asian equities. Mr. Edwards is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He started at the firm in 1984 as an analyst covering beverages, paper and packaging, publishing and transport companies within the UK. He went on to cover European small-caps before being promoted to portfolio manager in 1990. Mr. Edwards earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Cambridge University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in the UK.

Biografia	Dydasco is currently a vice president with T. Rowe Price International, formerly known as Rowe Price-Fleming in Singapore. Her responsibilities include coverage of companies in India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. Previously, she was an investment manager with LGT Asset Management and East Asia Hamon Asset. Prior to that, she was an analyst with Goldman Sachs Ltd. in Hong Kong.

Biografia	Ford is an executive vice president with T. Rowe Price International, formerly know as Rowe Price-Fleming International. He joined the company as a portfolio manager in 1982. Previously, he spent three years as an analyst with Robert Fleming. Ford holds the Chartered Financial designation.
