Biografia	Shaun Currie is the associate portfolio manager of the Small-Cap Value Equity Strategy in T. Rowe Price Investment Management. Shaun has 12 years of investment experience and has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, first as an intern in the M.B.A. program. Shaun will work closely with Portfolio Manager David Wagner to support the investment process. Shaun also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Shaun’s investment experience began in 2012, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning in the U.S. Equity Division as a summer intern. He also was employed by Wells Capital Management as an analyst. Shaun earned a B.S. in business administration from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Biografia	Mr. Spencer, CFA, has been chair of the committee since 2019. He joined the T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. in 2004. He was the lead portfolio manager for the US Small-Cap Growth Equity Strategy. He was previously the portfolio manager of the Global Technology Equity Strategy for nearly seven years. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He earned a B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in economics from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Biografia	Mr. Ellenbogen has been chairman of the committee since 2010. He joined T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. in 2001 and his investment experience dates from 1996. He also has served as a portfolio manager.
John H. Laporte	Managing Director	1987	2010
Biografia	Laporte is a managing director with T. Rowe Price, his employer since 1976. He joined the company as a research analyst, and was director of research from 1982 to 1987 before assuming his present position. Previously, he spent seven years as a research analyst with Pershing & Company. Laporte is a past president of the Baltimore Society of Security Analysts. Laporte holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
