Biografia	Mr. Smith has managed the MainStay CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Fund since 2021 and the MainStay CBRE Global Infrastructure Fund since 2021. He joined CBRE's predecessor firm in 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Smith worked in various management and analyst positions in the real estate industry including positions at Alex Brown & Sons, PaineWebber and Radnor Advisors. Biografia	Ritson Ferguson is Vice Chairman of the firm’s Listed Real Assets business. He is a member of the Listed Real Assets Management Committee, Global Investment Committee and is also a member of the Global Investment Committee for the firm’s listed real assets and private infrastructure businesses. Between 2015 and 2019, Ritson served in global roles for CBRE Investment Management, first as Global CIO and then as Global CEO. During his tenure as Global CEO of the firm, Ritson accomplished several key initiatives, including the acquisition of the firm's private infrastructure business.

Biografia	Steven D. Burton, CFA, MBA, Managing Director, Co-Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Clarion and is co-leader of the European real estate securities research team. He has worked in various management and analyst positions in the real estate industry, including positions at General Electric Investment Coporation and PNC Financial Corporation before joining CBRE's predecessor firm in 1995. , He is a member of its Global Investment Policy Committee and is co-leader of the firm’s European real estate securities research team.
